Apparently @BootsHelp would rather hand over a £300 item to a scammer than just cancel the order. Nice. Might as well be in on the scam with that attitude 🤬

Just had a fraudulent order made at @BootsHelp so rang them to let them know so they don't hand over £300 of product to a scammer. Apparently @BootsHelp won't talk to me about the order because the order isn't in my name so would be a breach of GDPR. WTH!!!

@BootsUK I ordered online a cream, the one delivered is dirty and visibly used. Why is the expectation that I need to go to a store- without asking if I can - to return it and order again? It is your responsibility to deliver products in good state.

@BootsUK not happy at all. I have had a confirmation to say my collection is ready. Been Thursday and today and I have missing parcels. Why tell me it’s ready? I was told in-store to phone customer service, 15 minutes trying to get through and only to be told to wait! Shocking!
