@CraigSFC @RollerBallRace @HullCity @Boro I think its because the hearing said that Boro not invited. They should be allowed to produce the evidence so its why I think they come out with statement. If Boro got reinstated I'd be rather uncomfortable with it tbh. No matter what, it won't be over legally one way or other.

Can't help but feel that postponing the 2nd leg of the Boro Soton semi would have been the least bad way to deal with this. The EFL messed up by letting that game go ahead and kicking the can down the road. Sitting back and hoping Boro would win was the coward's route. #hcafc

Here’s the difference.
Leeds get caught spying, £200k fine.
Southampton get caught spying, potentially removing us from a £180m football match and further TV and sponsorship money.
The punishment difference is so vast, I can’t believe it’s even being considered.
