I’m eating “healthy,” but I’m not losing weight! I have heard this before, and I'm sure some of you have said it as well. But you can eat "healthy" and still be in a Caloric Surplus Think about a big salad bowl, now lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and carrots are all low-calorie foods Now, let's add salad dressing, Cheese, Croutons, olives, sunflower seeds, nuts, bacon bits, and a chicken breast. Suddenly, that salad is like 700-1000 calories But it's a salad, and salads are "healthy." Yes, but "healthy" doesn't mean low-calorie I saw this video, and it made me laugh I love this creator (thesoberbodybuilder on Insta) But this video shows how easily you can overeat calories while thinking you are eating "healthy."

@ideologix @TouchlineX Not everyone cares for cake or cereal (do adults eat those at all??). If I have fish with vegetables in front of me vs cake, I will always crave fish more. Your taste buds adapt once you eliminate shitty addictive foods.

I hit a milestone this week. Weighed 214.6 today. I haven’t weighed under 215 since I fought on Dec 3, 2005. I’m leaner & more muscular at 52 than I was at 31. This daily staple 3x/day def helped- 4 eggs, 1/3 ground chuck w/ no sugar ketchup. GAinZZzzz all day!

RANT: So I pay $1700 a month for Blue Cross insurance for myself and my daughter. My cardiologist is worried about this massive clot in my heart and scheduled a scan but I have to get another doctor that I have never met to approve it. He can't meet with me for six months.
