Cruelty + repression = the @hunsencambodia + @Dr_Hunmanet_PM regime. @StateDept, how is that @WestPoint_USMA education and training of Hun Manet working out for the people of Cambodia? It’s not like we didn’t tell you… #MotherNatureCambodia
Mother Nature Cambodia@CambodiaMother

Help support our jailed environmental activists! On top of the 6 to 8 year jail sentence handed down against the 5 #MotherNatureCambodia activists, the @Dr_Hunmanet_PM dictatorial regime has decided to punish them a step further by sending them to 5 separate (& notoriously overcrowded) jails, away from their loved ones. Needless to say, one of the aims of this cruel form of punishment is to try & break their spirits. #Cambodia's prisons are notoriously overcrowded & inmates rely on food & other necessities being brought by their families to survive. We have set up a Gofundme fundraiser to assist the 5 in these times of need. Any assistance is much appreciated. gofundme.com/f/support-moth…

Documenting environmental degradation and the horrible impact on lives and livelihoods is not a crime. US, EU, Japan should impose costs on the Hun regime until these cases are dropped and activists released. Quash Convictions of Environmental Activists cri.org/cambodia-quash…

Critical for @TotalEnergies and @CNOOCUgandaLtd to make public statements calling for Stephen Kwikiriza's immediate release. The first hours are the most important in cases of disapperances. Silence from the main companies benefiting from Kingfisher is unacceptable.

We are deeply saddened to learn of the abduction of Stephen Kwikiriza by the UPDF. The Ugandan authorities must conduct a comprehensive investigation and guarantee Stephen's safe return. See the press statement below and RT widely! #StopEACOP!

The #HunSen government was undoubtedly responsible for this enforced disappearance, which is one of the worst and cruelest human rights abuses since family members don’t know what happened to their loved one. Someday a country will arrest this serial killer during his travels.

Sister of the “disappeared” #Thai democracy activist Wanchalearm Satsaksit will today (21 February) ask the Cambodian strongman #HunSen about the fate of her brother, who was abducted at gunpoint while living in exile in Phnom Penh in June 2020. Authorities in #Thailand and #Cambodia have made no progress in resolving Wanchalearm’s enforced disappearance. @HRW #วันเฉลิม #ฮุนเซน #ทักษิณ

Countries taking part in #COP28 should focus on grave risks that climate change poses to the rights of present and future generations around the world. US, China, other wealthy countries need to be held accountable to pay for adaptation and #LossAndDamage. cri.org/cop28-human-ri…

A welcome headline from #COP28UAE would be that countries have reaffirmed their international legal obligations to protect the rights to freedom of expression and peaceful protest. cri.org/cop28-human-ri…
