@facebook you need to do more to protect seniors/elderly from Facebook hackers. I reported an issue with my mom’s account and was told it wasn’t against community standards.

@Iberia_en they suspended my ORD MAD ticket and couldn’t tell me why. Was forced to buy a new ticket same day for $3073.2. Original ticket purchase for round trip was $1488.
Customer service was no help!
@FlyFrontier unbelievable. Canceled flight from Aruba on 4/23 and offered 3 days before or after. This airline is the worst. I try to steer my travelers away but they want the “cheapest”. This is what you get. They said mechanical or weather. Lol. It’s in 10 days.
@HiltonHotels canceled a room then decided to reinstate since ill be charged anyways due to 72 hr xl policy. Tried to reinstate res by calling back immediately and told no by property. You pay for the canceled room and the new res
