Following up on last night, this is the client-facing version. It contains the same numbers but includes detailed explanations. This estimate is based on an SD (Schematic Design) set of drawings, so the scope reflects the drawings and base specifications. From here, we’ll build on this foundation, with all changes updated in Buildertrend under the selections tab and reflected in the plans. I had a hard time screen capturing this pdf to work here.
