#project8000 Lets fill the place this Saturday. Big game and a great opportunity to show our appreciation for the effort and application shown by the players and the management team. Watched my first game in 1971 and have been hooked ever since.

@StuartLewis66 Thanks Stu. We were supposed to do this a year ago but it got cancelled at the last minute. We were determined to do it this year but had to wait until we were safe. John was such a good friend of mine and I am glad it is now done.

Thank you @BrianDicks4 for sharing this emotional story. The GITs were legendary back in the early 90s when away days under Damien Richardson frequently meant one thing.…another defeat! Ironically this tough period on the pitch galvanised the #Gills family. Special times indeed.

Where do I start, i think I’ve done myself a massive disservice the last 4 or 5 months, I don’t find it atall easy to speak about myself at times, I’m happy to do a podcast and talk the night away about a football club, I’m happy to create videos and questions on the spot to guests but the truth is I’m massively struggling currently. Many of you don’t know that I’m once again unemployed, much of my own doing but I just don’t seem to settle anywhere. You go from being settled in a job for over 10 years to continuously chopping and changing every year, 6 months or 3 weeks in the latest case! I’m now at the point where I’m struggling to even be happy for my children, I feel like they are more of a nuisance the last couple weeks. I’m being abrupt, complaining about everything, being dismissive with the wife and generally not ok. I know many will say “Man Up” or “Keep your chin up”. I don’t necessarily think those terms help anyone. All I know is something has to change, financial, mentally and physically. What that is I don’t know but accepting your part of a problem is the first step and in recent weeks I most definitely have been that! I apologise to family and friends I haven’t been in contact with recently but I’m just struggling with who I am. Genuinely the only thing keeping me going currently is our football club and our Monday shows as well as my mum and a few other Peace ✌️ #Gills #GFC

@ColinMurray Further to our chat earlier this week I take it all back about Gareth Ainsworth. Brought on Bradley Dack as a sub and he scored a 95th minute winner which means we are mathematically safe from relegation. Come on you mighty Gills!
