@BritishGasHelp I am trying to resolve matters following a bereavement but my emails and phone calls are being ignored. Why are you being so awkward at such a hard time.

@BritishGasHelp my smart meter is only reading electricity and it looks like since August there has not been one gas reading. I have done everything on the Help pages but the circle of effort to try and contact you on the app is ridiculous. I need you guys to fix this. Thank you.

@BootsUK why does your web site and your phone call service on opening times both say that your store in North Berwick, Scotland is open all day until 5:30pm… but the store is closed for an hour at lunch time?

@Protect_ServeUK The current response is missing the last part. The skills and the drills are already within the powers and remit of the responding agencies… it’s the reception centres and fast track dealing with passengers that’s missing!

@Protect_ServeUK Eliminated the occupants are then dealt with and where required repatriated to their home countries or final destination. The dingy comparison would require similar Naval intervention with suitable reception centres to safely and securely hold passengers until repatriation.
