@GodandCountryy @elonmusk 2/2 Australian electorates(districts) are decided by an independent Commission decided on population. Voting numbers in each district have roughly the same number of voters. Much more democratic as partisan politics isn't involved. The 2025 election had a turnout rate of 90.7%.

Once voting is this fraudulent, they can get whatever outcome they want, making a sham of democracy

It also has elections on a Saturday so people working M-F can easily vote,and voting is compulsory.(We have to turn up and get our name crossed off, but we have the choice to fill in ballot paper or not). 1/2

Prime Minister Albanese refused to say three words while calling his Royal Commission: Radical. Islamic. Terrorism. A Royal Commission about what happened in Bondi will be a waste unless the real problem is addressed. The Prime Minister won’t even say the problem out loud. Let’s be clear, on December 14 two radical Islamic terrorists murdered 15 innocent Jewish Australians in an ISIS inspired hate filled attack. A proper Royal Commission should be investigating how radical Islam has been allowed to flourish in Australia. We have to look at who we have been bringing into this country for the past 30 years. Are the people we are bringing into the country today going to assimilate with western culture or seek to tear our country apart? The Burqa, a tool of islamic extremist oppression, should be banned in Australia. Instead, the government lets hate preachers in mosques go unpunished and allows radical Islam to grow in Australia. The Royal Commission should be looking at the governments policy on immigration, citizenship and stamping out radical islamic extremists. The terms of reference released for the Bondi Royal Commission fail to do any of this. The Prime Minister should be condemned for his failures that will put more Australians in danger in the future.

@CoreyMarsall @3AW693 It discourages independents and minor parties from running as people will see it as a wasted vote. And if you had, say 4 candidates that were roughly equal chances to win, the winner would be elected on 25% of the vote. Good democracy is about access and participation.

Are the #Greens actually a pro-environment party? It's a serious question that needs to be answered. Advocating for technology that destroys forests, farms, and beaches doesn't seem particularly 'green'. So why does this belief endure?
