Bridge to Humanity (B2H)
@Bridge2Humanity
B2H is an employee collective holding Cisco accountable to its own policies and the law WRT our employment conditions and Cisco's genocide profiteering.

NEW at @DropSiteNews “The level of dehumanization of Palestinians and Arabs in our workplace has become too much to bear,” a former Cisco employee told Drop Site. On March 25, Cisco’s Chief People, Policy & Purpose Officer Francine Katsoudas announced new internal “guardrails” restricting employee discussion of the Middle East—specifically Palestine—in company-wide forums. (Video obtained by Drop Site is attached). Just hours after the announcement, a pro-Palestine employee was fired. She told Drop Site the reason given was that her comments “contribute to a harmful work environment,” and said: “The reason given for my firing is pure hypocrisy. They fired me for resisting the use of my tech labor to harm Palestinians and other marginalized communities.” The crackdown continued over the next week: Cisco deleted its largest pro-Palestine WebEx chat group—Bridge to Humanity (B2H)—and took down its related educational site. Days later, additional employees involved in internal Palestine solidarity efforts were either fired or forced out. Internal surveys obtained by Drop Site showed that at least 32 Cisco employees had lost a total of 288 relatives in Gaza since October 2023. Drop Site’s investigation details the company’s speech crackdown, employee retaliation, and ties to Israel’s military operations.
