Tesla FSD preventing a potentially nasty accident. Famous Dutch Youtuber @Enzoknol was testing out FSD when a car drove straight through the red light. You can see by their reaction how impressed they are by the software. The public perception of FSD is really good in the Netherlands. Most people seem to like it and I see a lot of Dutch spoken clips on social media of instances where FSD is performing super well.

This is extracted from Jürg Röthlisberger's keynote just before my interview with him. TLDR: ℹ️ Switzerland sees strong potential in Level 3 autonomy ℹ️L3 has already been approved for highways, but so far, no manufacturer has applied. ℹ️ASTRA is currently in discussions with manufacturers to enable L3 testing. ℹ️He also suggested that L2+ is not sufficient because the driver remains responsible. ‼️ That last point is where I struggle a bit. ‼️ If L2+ systems can already deliver real safety benefits while keeping the driver responsible, why should that be seen as “not sufficient” rather than a useful step toward higher autonomy? Am I missing something here? P.S.: why is there a BMW photo used in the slide? I can think of at least 10 better manufacturers in terms of self driving tech. @UVEK @Bundesrat_CH @BR_Sprecher @TOS_Switzerland @TCS_Suisse

Just before RDW started their one-hour presentation to inform all EU countries of their FSD test results, I had the opportunity to interview Jürg Röthlisberger, director of ASTRA in Switzerland 🇨🇭 Here is what he said about @Tesla #FSD. Full interview will follow here or on YT.
