@IterIntellectus If I had to choose between it and the Taycan, I would choose the Taycan without hesitation🤦🏼‍♀️

Well here it is - the Ferrari Luce. Their first EV. And…. erm. Well. Yes. It looks like that. 😐 Over 1000hp, 2260kg, 122kWh battery and 329 miles range.

@EmilyTT1020 One person told me that they travel with their children on long trips and don't stop for 6 hours. Do you believe it? I didn't.

@kenndogg_1 exactly my point 😂 most charging stops overlap with things people were gonna do anyway

@EmilyTT1020 Now that the charging network is finally showing up where I live and places I go regularly, I’m going to get an EV for my next car, and soon. I usually stop every 2-3 hours at least to stretch a little and anything 4-5 hours or longer and I’m probably stopping to eat as well.

@unlimited_ls tragic situation. The bigger issue honestly sounds like safety education, helmets and enforcement — not necessarily banning all e-bikes entirely

🚨NEW: Florida mother whose son died in an e-motorcycle crash is now pushing lawmakers to fully ban e-bikes and e-scooters for children under 14 Colton Remsburg, 13, was riding his e-bike when he was struck and killed by a pickup truck. He was not wearing a helmet and was not in a marked crosswalk Colton’s mother, Ashley LaChance, is now urging lawmakers to ban these e-bikes/e-motorcycles for kids under 14 Since December 1, there have been 41 crashes involving e-bikes and scooters in Orange County that resulted in injuries The Orange County Sheriff’s Office is finalizing a new e-bike ordinance that would allow deputies to issue citations and even impound them for repeated violations

I truly believe that @teslaeurope Giga Berlin should make more model y’s for canada. There is a shortage of cars and lot of people are waiting for their orders. Your edd is not even accurate before vin assigned. No vin since a lot of months @elonmusk

The interesting thing about EV ownership is that you stop thinking entirely about "fuel stops" and start thinking passively about charging while doing other things anyway. But I also love the roar of a gasoline car engine🔥🙌🏻

@ross_um true, but most EV charging happens at home while you sleep, which changes the equation quite a bit😊

@EmilyTT1020 Stop, sure. But it only takes 5 minutes to recycle coffee or fill the fuel tank. We don't stop for a substantial fraction of an hour.

@EmilyTT1020 @TechOperator I work in tech and there’s many an emotional, detached-from-reality-leftist and they were hating on them. But typically the reaction I get (especially from women) is “ooooo you have a TESLA?!” lol. So most people do love and understand how great they are.

Day 2 begins! We are starting in Medicine Hat, AB and continuing our journey east. Here is the rough supercharging plan for the day - keep in mind this isn’t accounting for time changes and if we end up staying longer at a charger for whatever reason that could change things.

Good morning from Day 2 of our Canadian coast-to-coast autonomous drive! ☀️ Yesterday we made it from Vancouver, BC to Medicine Hat, Alberta, covering 814 miles / 1,310 km with zero disengagements or interventions. Today’s goal: 1,000 miles. Follow along with the tracker @wholemars put together for us here: fsddb.com/trackers/canad… Big thanks to our sponsors @EVject @TesCamStudio, FSD-Merch.com and @DriveTeslaca @DavidMoss @DevinOlsenn

@BrogleJan exactly. If supervised Level 2 systems already improve safety measurably, regulators should adapt instead of waiting for a perfect Level 3 world that may take much longer to arrive :)

@EmilyTT1020 In our case, I think they were too fast and went straight to Level 3, but the manufacturers only want to provide Level 2 for now. But why don't we change our law for L2? If it helps with safety, it should be a no-brainer and get the highest priority.

While the Dutch and more and more countries are improving road safety with Tesla FSD, Switzerland 🇨🇭 continues to hesitate. ASTRA considers Level 2+ insufficient, because only from Level 3 onwards does responsibility shift from the driver to the manufacturer. FSD can do vastly more than the so called highway pilots that BMW and Mercedes have now even discontinued. What are we waiting for? @UVEK @BR_Sprecher @TOS_Switzerland @TCS_Schweiz @sergiumogan
Robin@xdNiBoR

Tesla FSD preventing a potentially nasty accident. Famous Dutch Youtuber @Enzoknol was testing out FSD when a car drove straight through the red light. You can see by their reaction how impressed they are by the software. The public perception of FSD is really good in the Netherlands. Most people seem to like it and I see a lot of Dutch spoken clips on social media of instances where FSD is performing super well.
