@IHGhotels first for me tonight. Checked in to one of your hotels and not allowed points on my IHG number because I had not registered it beforehand. Not aware of this being the rule in any other hotel chain. Won’t happen again. Won’t come back.

@SingaporeAir we flew with you from Perth to Singapore recently. The introduction of seat belts with shoulder straps ( for cars) in BusinessClass is a real negative. Uncomfortable and almost pointless when the seat is reclined. Would make me think twice about flying with you.

Only a 40-minute queue at @HeathrowAirport T2 arrivals this morning; but still manual processing and then the automatic e-gates to go through. And why is it safe for Amber and Green passengers to mix if Amber is such a problem to Ministers?

@grantshapps Portugal amber. Not sure now the point of the traffic light system. Double jabbed, three PCR tests and in a country with same infections as UK. Had to now pay to come home early. Let’s admit it. Uk GOV has effectively locked us in despite removing legal restrictions.

Does anyone know if #halo_screening has gone out of business? Their 5 day #testtorelease kits were ordered 21 days ago and never showed up. Phone calls, emails and tweets not answered. Now resorting to a legal case for miss-selling. @grantshapps your system doesn’t work.

@Halo_Screening I ordered two kits from you on 15th December as part of the 5 day Test to Release program. I am back in UK for 15 days now and you still haven’t delivered the kits. So much for 5 days. They are useless to me now. When do I get my refund please?

@GOVUK why does the passenger locator form not contain the 5 day opt in test as promised on your website? Flying home tomorrow.

@British_Airways do you know why the test to release option is not on the passenger locator form yet? Am flying with you from Tenerife tomorrow and want to opt in. Does a new PLF come out tomorrow with the opt in included?

@Legal_Ombudsman Help me understand why my probate application is still pending 4 and a half months after submission? Impossible to get any response from phone calls or email. My mother died on April 9th. Her house sale is impossible and debts to the Council for care unpaid.
