I am just trolling Badgercare Barnes. Typically in primaries WEAC does recommendations, with endorsements in the general. To make either there would need to be a strong preference by membership. I really can't see any of the top 3 making it through the primary. What stands out for me is none have a strong record on education, think Evers.

That would be a surprise as (i) he's been in the lead in prediction markets and second to Hong in the polls and (ii) he has a huge ego. The momentum is definitely with Hong at this point. I am not sure this line of argument will get you lots of traction. To expect the populace to shed tears for those poor millionaires in the name of tax fairness is wrong headed. This would proably push more Wisconsonites to the DSA position. This is another issue where Republicans have no ideas (managed decline) and the DSAers are going on offense. The argument for "tax reform" if its property or income tax should be based on state competiveness and economic growth. We have a state below us and a state to our side that that has a flat tax lower than Wisconsin's higher tax rates. I am far more sympatheic to millionaires and below who run small businesses and keep Wisconsin's economy strong, than the billinaires who fund the Democratic Party and NGOs. I would argue the "common good" economic prosperity for the state, is a far better argument than Pity the Billionaires.

I am confused. This is clearly a case of Democrats running against their own policies and action. It was a Dane County Judge who appointed the DA from La Crosse who orchestrated the deal. The La Crosse D.A. explicitly did not address the general welfare of the animals. It was a Democratic Governor @GovEvers who had direct control of the licensing. This is not a CORPORATE LOBBYIST problem, this is a DEMOCRATIC PARTY problem. While idiots like @MarkPocan tried to make politics of this @RobertKennedyJr has long been against these businesses and @realDonaldTrump has signed legislation and EO to stop these kind of businesses from existing.
