Eric Bergstrom was sentenced to 30-50 years by Judge Derek Vaughn. Judge Rich McGowan then took over the case and sentenced co-defendant Bradley Perry to ONLY 3 YEARS for the SAME CRIME. When Judge McGowan was questioned on his decision, he stated, "I am the law." How is this justice???

"He then pulled over and asked two backseat passengers to help pull Wells out of the car. They refused and got out of the car before calling the police." Webber then allegedly drove off with Wells' body in the car. It's completely unclear how Webber was able to fire a weapon, considering he doesn't have fingers. "It’s early in the investigation, but there’s no evidence to suggest anyone else was involved in the shooting and that he acted alone," said Diane Richardson, Charles County Sheriff's Office.
