The majority of the fanbase that tweets might want him gone. The majority of the people that actually put up the money do not, which — along with Caleb being hurt, having a new incoming AD and perhaps having to shell out $20M to fire a football coach — is why he isn’t going anywhere. Unless he retires. Which I don’t see.

The real reason the majority (not a faction) of the fan base wants him fired is because… -20-40 in quad 1 games -Only higher than a 6 seed once in five years -A consistent failure to play a full 40 minutes against good teams -Missing the tournament or losing first round in 60% of his seasons No matter how you cut it, that’s not good enough at UNC.

North Carolina’s loss is not all on Hubert Davis. A lot of people seem to be pointing the finger at Hubert. There were plays that could have been made on the court also. It is a team game. Everyone is accountable.

Guard dribbles up, passes to big, runs offensive sets… makes the players look robotic & it’s predictable
