🚨 BREAKING: Minnesota just passed legislation in the State House to create an Office of the Inspector General to crack down on fraud. Five legislators voted no. Two did not vote at all. Every single one was a Democrat.

Fetterman calls out the irony in anti-billionaire protests, saying some are backed by wealthy donors and questioning the groups behind them. That line hit. Even inside their own party, cracks are showing. This debate over influence and ideology is getting louder fast.

Dear Democrats whining about Democracy: please explain to America how, out of 21 Congressional seats representing the 6 New England states, there are ZERO Republican Representatives, even though 40% of the electorate are registered Republicans, 48% in New Hampshire alone?

"He couldn't have been more gracious!" @realDonaldTrump met with @MayorOfLA & @kathrynbarger in the Oval Office to discuss fire relief. Barger: "I wish every American could meet our President one on one and they'd understand the love he has for our country & the commitment he has to addressing issues across the board."' She added: "[Chief of Staff] @SusieWiles...she's an amazing, amazing, amazing person as well." Bass and Barger are asking for billions in federal disaster assistance for rebuilding after the Palisades & Eaton fires.

BREAKING: The California Supreme Court just unanimously ruled that the California Coastal Commission unlawfully overrode a county-approved building permit — one of the most significant checks on the Commission's power in the 40 years since Nollan v. CCC.

The climate movement has lost momentum because Americans now see the reality behind the rhetoric. Radical green policies have made life more expensive while weakening our economic and national security.

Yesterday, I met with Blake Zante, Executive Director of the Maddy Institute. We discussed their public policy partnership program that connects students throughout the Central Valley with internships at the local, state, and federal levels. I've hosted several of their interns in my offices, and I look forward to continuing my work to support the leaders of tomorrow.

President Trump called on the Supreme Court to study MY analysis of birthright citizenship. Thank you Mr. President! I’ve been making this argument for decades: the 14th Amendment was never intended to grant automatic citizenship based solely on location, but on allegiance to the United States. Now the media is twisting the story, avoiding the substance, and turning it into something it’s not. So I walk through the actual history—Civil Rights Act of 1866, the framers’ intent, and the meaning of “jurisdiction”—and explain why this debate is being misunderstood at every level. If the Court gets this wrong, it won’t be because the Constitution is unclear—it’ll be because it was ignored. This is about law, history, and the truth behind birthright citizenship. Vote Michael E. Gates for California Attorney Gen.
Attorney General Bonta has dedicated more than 200 California Justice Department Attorneys to filing Trump lawsuits. That's $40,000,000 a year on Attorneys fighting political lawsuits while NOT funding Prop 36. Our State Government hates us everyday Californians.
ABC7 News@abc7newsbayarea

In a partnership with more than 20 other states, California Attorney General Rob Bonta filed a lawsuit Friday arguing that President Donald Trump's executive order affecting mail-in voting is unconstitutional. It marks California's 66th lawsuit against the White House, according to Bonta's office. abc7news.com/post/californi…

Six candidates for California governor shared their visions and answered some tough questions today at our @Fresno_State University forum. Thanks to @CAFarmBureau, @AgCouncilofCA, 30+ agriculture industry association partners and @MaddyInstitute for joining together to sponsor this event. All six candidates, from both political parties, agreed that California's regulatory burdens are unsustainable, though some used stronger language than that. All agreed that for our state to remain an agricultural powerhouse, continuing to provide healthy affordable food and millions of jobs in rural regions like the Central Valley, dramatic change must be made by the next governor, and all pledged to take on that challenge, with varied views on just how to tame the regulatory beast. Special thanks to our moderators pictured with me here, @KristinOlsenCA and @BuddySupervisor (who memorably referred to the two candidates who declined to show up as "chicken hearts"). To the six participating candidates -- @XavierBecerra @ChadBianco @SteveHiltonx @MattMahanSJ @katieporterca and @AVillaraigosa -- thank you for taking the issues of affordability and rural California seriously. @ERooney7 @SDouglassCA
