Agree 💯 It has always been about the companies doing it. If Nadella admits he over hired during Covid, Wall Street sees that as a bad business decision and stock prices drop. However, the other end of the spectrum is if he claims that AI is now writing 30% of Microsoft code, that is seen as a good business decision and stock prices rise. And we all know because most CEOs salaries consist of stock it is in their best interest to try to get the value up of it as much as possible whether the technology supports that or not. What I do not understand is if AI is writing 30% of the code why does he continue to hire H1-B Visa workers? Even Bill Gates claims you hire the employees and then teach them what you want them to learn. That can be applied to any person foreign or domestic.

Some notes about the massively racist Memorial Day weekend: My timeline this weekend has been completely overrun by people crashing out about Indian people. And look, I’ve seen this before. It comes in waves. The same miserable little circus rolls into town, screams about “foreigners,” blames brown people for everything, then pretends it’s some brave political truth-telling. It’s not. It’s loser behavior. Because the people who are actually successful are not spending their weekend quote-tweeting Indian engineers like they’re personally responsible for every bad thing that ever happened to America. They’re not online screaming that brown people stole their destiny. That’s always the guy who didn’t make it. And here’s the thing: I’m not pretending H-1B abuse can’t be real. If American companies are using visa programs to suppress wages, replace local workers, or avoid hiring qualified Americans, then yes, that’s a serious problem. But then maybe, just maybe, the target should be the companies doing it. Not random Indian people trying to build a life. If Big Tech Company X fires Americans and hires visa workers because it helps their bottom line, that is not “Indians ruining America.” That is corporate America doing what corporate America does when nobody stops them. But nobody actually wants to fix it. The left gets to say, “Look at those racist freaks, vote for us.” The right gets to say, “Foreigners are stealing your jobs, vote for us.” And the companies get to keep doing whatever they want while everyone screams at each other. Beautiful little scam. So yeah, rage on, I guess. Keep blaming Indian people if it makes you feel powerful for five minutes. But you’re not fighting the system. You’re doing customer support for it.

When the executives publish how they game/scam the system in a book it underscores just how prevalent this abuse is @StephenM @USCISJoe @JDVance "In his 2017 memoir, Hit Refresh, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella explains that he gave up his U.S. Green Card and switched to an H-1B visa in 1994 to circumvent immigration laws."
Texas Bulldog@BulldogTexas2

Satya Nadella gave up his green card for a H1-B visa so he could bring his family to the U.S. This also ensured him a pathway to U.S. citizenship. This was the advice given to him by Microsoft’s lawyer. Source: The book “Hit Refresh” The bible given to every new Microsoft employee on how to allegedly scam the system.

Every time I’m with @SaraGonzalesTX Texans come up to her thanking her for exposing H1B visa fraud. Americans are DONE with these programs being abused. They want their communities and jobs back! Politicians need to wake up! This is an issue that gets Americans out to vote!

At this point, we need to just ban the H-1B visa entirely. You aren't going to convince me there is a "labor shortage" when 42% of recent college grads are underemployed, stuck in jobs that don't require their degree. Start giving people a chance instead of throwing away their future for your own greed. It's destroying our country.

Thailand after scrapping easy 60-day visa-free for indians. What a beautiful sight…and this isn’t even my country. Imagine seeing them leave in droves from the U.S. If only we had applied the same logic to who we let in and how long they stay.

@mmpadellan Memorial Day isn't your partisan hack day, @mmpadellan Disgusting how you and the CNN clip machine drag out the same tired, anonymous "suckers and losers" fairy tale every year to smear Trump while actual Americans honor the fallen.

Yo, I’ve been seeing a TON of this ignorant hate lately. People dragging Indians for “not serving in the US military.” Are you fucking kidding me?! Why the hell would we waste America’s TOP MINDS on the front lines getting blown up?! Indians built Silicon Valley, run half the tech giants, dominate medicine, engineering, and innovation. We’re the ones coding the drones, designing the weapons systems, keeping the economy humming so this country can even AFFORD a military. We’re doctors saving your asses in hospitals, not cannon fodder in some desert. You want bodies? Go recruit from the groups that aren’t carrying the GDP on their backs. Stop the racist cope. Indians contribute more to America in one fiscal quarter than most critics do in a lifetime. Protect the brains. The front lines aren’t for the people keeping this superpower alive. Mic drop 🇮🇳 🇺🇸 🧠

John Cornyn has been squatting in the U.S. Senate for 24 years like a comfortable retiree collecting a fat paycheck. ZERO memorable wins. ZERO spine. Just a long resume of voting for red flag laws, supporting DACA amnesty, pushing deportation relief, and bending the knee to the DC establishment whenever it counted. He’s NOT a leader, he’s a highly paid, polite careerist who’s mastered the art of doing absolutely nothing while looking serious. Meanwhile, Ken Paxton has been an absolute savage: ‼️He Sued the Biden regime dozens of times and actually won ‼️Took Big Tech (Google, Meta) to the woodshed and secured massive settlements ‼️Fought like hell to secure the border and block federal overreach at every turn We don’t need another 24-year Washington warm body who knows how to survive. We need a Texas ass-kicker who actually FIGHTS for US! May 26th, retire the fossil. Send in the bulldog. 🔥 VOTE!!!!

Marco Rubio just went from the top of the Republican Ticket in 2028 to basically a nobody in a matter of moments. All by putting Immigrants over Americans. What happened to putting ‘Americans First’ to “Make America Great Again”?

As a former Microsoft employee, I never saw an email from the SLT acknowledging our Veterans on Memorial Day who died to make this country what it is. But, they will spend a month celebrating the LBGTQ community during Pride month. These people are leeches sent here to suck the blood out of America.

Microsoft has an official policy tying bonuses to discrimination against white men. See how they keep dodging this issue! The tide is turning on H-1B’s due to the hatred people bring into my country. We don’t want people who hate us here. No sane country would allow this.

It’s remarkable how some of the loudest hostility toward legal immigrants comes from people whose own families once benefited from America’s immigration system. America became a global leader because generations of immigrants were allowed to study, work, innovate, build businesses, advance science, and become part of this country. Pulling the ladder up after succeeding only weakens the very system that created so much prosperity. Many people suffering under the #USCISpause are highly vetted legal immigrants in STEM, medicine, AI, engineering, and research who followed every rule and simply want the same opportunity previous generations were given. @SecRubio @USCISJoe @SecMullinDHS @SenGaryPeters @RandPaul #LiftTheHold
Billy Binion@billybinion

I will never not find it fascinating that some of the most brazen hostility toward legal immigrants comes from children of immigrants or from immigrants themselves. There's a real tradition of pulling the ladder up right after you finish climbing it. It is so strange.

Finally, an honest immigration attorney. “The idea that there aren’t enough highly skilled Americans to fill highly skilled jobs is a fiction.” He helps companies obtain H-1Bs. Then he admits: “Throughout all my years, I’ve never had to even consider that as a factor.” The “factor” he’s referring to? Whether an American was available for the job. Read that twice. 👇 realclearinvestigations.com/articles/2026/… @realDonaldTrump @SusieWiles47 @SenEricSchmitt @RonDeSantis @RepEliCrane

Dear Bella, The H1-B work Visa was supposed to be temporary, not permanent. Big Tech has been abusing the privilege (not right) since before the .com boom. Now they claim they have a shortage of skilled IT workers while firing thousands of Americans! It is not about outperforming, but more about corporate greed at the CEO and Senior Leadership level to boost stock prices thus increasing salaries and bonuses for themselves.
