And that’s what’s allowed college basketball to stay relevant. The closer we move towards P5 everything, the sport and excitement will die

College basketball absolutely needed this to happen. We were going down a very bad path if we started preferring boring 17-16 P5 teams to 31-1 mid majors

@LaTulip_Mike Was still working better. Refs let Miami dance wherever they wanted to draw contact. Shouldn't be "run them off the line" it should be "stick on them behind the line". SMU collapsed down every time. Bad coaching of a team that was both not good and stupid. Offense just as bad.

@rollblers @LittleMikeyMcD No they haven't been. But it is a problem that Virginia and Nebraska got rewarded with top 4 seeds for their poor NC SOS, along with Miami, obviously. Houston and Iowa State got 2s with 100+ NC SOS. Many P5s were among the top NC SOS though. Duke, UM, Bama, Auburn, UConn...
