Hey @BankofIndia_IN, I have an ongoing car loan of 6,87,000/- from your bank and i am paying EMI for more than 3.5 years now. Currently RBI decreased the reporate by 0.5% but your bank didn’t reduce my EMI after repeated requests over phone. (1/2)
