Everyone should run not just as a way of rejecting being fat and ugly but as a way to pull your eyes away from a screen. You'll think it's boring but that's the point, to unplug fully. Boredom is an untapped state. Don't take headphones just listen to the sound of life and your pain. Ponder, ruminate, and befriend your thoughts because when you don't give them the space they deserve they'll always turn against you.

Don't overanalyze. Just do. The faster you get to executing, the faster you can make and learn from the mistakes that you'll inevitably make. Then, you can correct your practice. Sometimes, the fastest way to be right is to be wrong.

@SKAvsTheWorld Solid points! Keen to try out linking my IG with a Facebook page. I’ve noticed on TikTok and reels you actually seem to be punished after a few weeks of consistently posting 2x a day (about 6-10hrs between posts)

Almost 30 days into posting daily (minus 2 days because a bitch gotta work 😅). Been experimenting with different styles of content and learning a lot in the process. A few things so far: • Every platform behaves wildly different • Linking my IG to my Facebook page actually helped both grow • Some videos hit… most don’t (that’s normal) • When I posted slower with more polished edits, individual videos sometimes performed better • But posting consistently has grown my platforms WAY faster than waiting for perfect content It’s also forced me to pay attention to analytics and audience response in a way I never did before as well as how I structure my streams for content. Big lesson so far: Make something good enough, not perfect. Post it. See how it performs. Learn from it. Then forget it and move on to the next one. Volume + iteration beats perfection. I hope this helps anyone that has been thinking about it or is struggling with it. Good luck 👍 !
