@Uber_India i have been incorrectly charged a cancellation fee, i was not able to call the driver for his actual location. Kindly reverse the same.

@UberINSupport Uber is charging us for an ac ride. However, drivers are not switching on the ac. Despite communicating to uber, uber is not willing to refund the 25% charge for ac. Attached are screenshots for 3 trips for which ac was not switched on. Pls do the needful.
