Usain Bolt won 8 gold medals in 3 Olympics Earning $119 million dollars It only took 115 seconds on the track to make all of that happen However, to be the best for those 2 minutes he trained for 20 years Excellence requires consistency & obsession

So this is to what i was saying earlier, weighted jumps are going to be on the speed strength range of the curve, and BW jumps would fall into the far right side of speed strength range, so to get more coordination with this, we need to go farther to the right toward MV. This could even just be accelerations.

Classy: Coach Prime responds to his former players who have taken shots at Colorado after leaving in the transfer portal... "Some of our past players have been commenting on us and that's cool with me. I'm proud that they were able to earn more than they earned here… Some young men play the victim and that's not the case." Deion Sanders is truly one of one 👏👏

The recipe of making an Athlete faster is unbelievably simple👇🏻 1. You increase their relative strength on Compound movements. 2. You sprint 2-3x a week for 3-6 max effort reps per session. 3. You jump loaded/unloaded 2-3x a week for 10-20 max effort reps. Do it year round🙌🏻

“Young people, you need to bet on yourself. If you think you're that good, you don't need a handout. You just allow your work to speak for itself." Do not ask to be chosen. Work until you cannot be ignored.

This is an example of natural water filtration. Most of the drinkable water our ancestors consumed in our villages passed through this type of filtration.

8 Olympic Golds. 0 Failed drug tests. 1 Undisputed GOAT. The greatest clean legacy in sports history. The Real GOAT. 1. The Broken Frame: Born with Scoliosis (a curved spine) that caused chronic leg injuries. Nature gave him a "flaw", he turned it into a weapon. 2. The Zero Start: Grew up in a rural village with no running water or electricity. His first "training ground" was a grocery store and dirt roads. 3. The Public Shame: At the 2004 Olympics, he was eliminated in the first round. The world called him "soft", he spent the next 4 years proving them wrong. 4. The Physics Defier: At 6'5", scientists said he was too tall to be fast. He defied the laws of physics by taking fewer steps to achieve higher speeds than any human in history. 5. The Clean King: Retired with 8 (It was 9 but one was taken away as one of the team members failed dope test) Olympic Golds and a 100% clean record while nearly every other rival in his era was banned for cheating. 6. The Eternal Mark: His 9.58s record has stood untouched for 17 years. It’s not just a record, it’s the human ceiling.
