Beyfortus (nirsevimab-alip) Injected in Newborns on First Day of Life Since October, 2023 Beyfortus, a synthetic monoclonal antibody to RSV, is part of the approved immunization schedule for babies and is covered by the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program and many private health insurance plans. However it has no long-term safety track record and data from France (Banoun et al) indicates it increases infant mortality. Parents should ask about this with obstetricians and not be surprised in the hospital at the time of delivery. Two thirds of babies naturally get RSV and handle it well; advanced treatments can manage rare severe cases. @MatStaver @BanounHelene

@PeterDiamandis Does this include sugar from fruits? Seems like all sugar isn’t created equal.

I have a theory about hiring and recruiting: 10% of people are in career nirvana. They are perfectly happy and would not entertain another opportunity. 10% of people are looking for work and applying for jobs. They're either laid off or hate their jobs and are actively looking. The other 80% are somewhere in between. They aren't perfectly happy but they aren't unhappy either. But here is the thing: They aren't going to apply to jobs or browse the job boards without encouragement. Every 10xer I've ever hired has fallen into that 80%. They are employed. They aren't looking. They have a boss who doesn't want to let them go. My entire career has been built off of identifying these people and going out and selling them on my vision and my company. Convincing them to leave their current gig to come join me. And this is why I founded @recruit_jet - a recruiting company that goes after the 10xers of the world and brings them to entrepreneurs - as a service. You focus on your business, let us focus on finding the superstars for you.

People keep saying there aren't enough folks in the trades (and I beat this drum hard) but guess what... The work has been getting done and if interest rates stay here it is all about to come to a grinding halt.

@LuxLounger @ShaanVP @patrick_oshag Good to hear! Improvements can be made by getting away from the traditional SAD. Processed foods/sugars are full of unproductive stuff that cause problems. Moving from a SAD to anything less processed will have gains. Keep an eye out for any future issued labeled as chronic.
