A few people have pushed back that Austin is supposed to be the HQ, not the production facility.
Why does the HQ for a pre revenue company need 30 employees which would add $3M+ in annual cash burn? Why does the supposed HQ location only have parking space for 3-5 cars?
Why would you have two locations hours away from each other for a startup? What will the headcount be at the production facility? How many days of cash does the company have at the cash burn rate of multiple locations plus all the money they are already spending? How exactly can the company finance this operation with "non dilutive financing?"
Again, no position, but if you're long, you need to have answers to these questions. And you should also wonder why months after signing the lease, there's no evidence of the company occupying their HQ location.

Well as promised, I visited the Hydrograph facility in Austin. There are no signs of the company at the address listed. However, I did find in a vacant space what another tenant thought was an "energy company" which is taking over a lease from a former tenant. It's October 1st and the old tenant stuff is still there. Apparently a cleaning lady went in yesterday. One of the other locations informed me that there have been a few people in and out but very little activity. Also, I think it was claimed that they would be doing an acetylene pipeline to the facility. It does not look industrial zoned to me. It's more like shipping and receiving space. However, I have reached out to the owners of the property who are responsible for leasing to find out if industrial activity such as combustion associated with acetylene is allowed. The claim from the company is that the facility is going to employ 30 people by February. It is a 20,000 square ft facility and theoretically it could accommodate that many people. I don't know what the company's timeline is but again they're supposed to be operational by February and as of October 1st there is no evidence from the outside that they have done anything to begin renovating the property and according to another tenant the only activity has been a few people in and out and a cleaning lady that came once. Again I have no position here in the company and I am only doing this because I promised I would. I had other business that brought me to Austin and this was a 15-minute detour. $hgraf

I know there were some folks who were worked up that they weren't hiring people 4 or 5 months before the facility opened. Hope they're satisfied with postings 2-3 months ahead of opening instead.

I'm stoked for Sadler, but if you don't see the difference in those 2 things I can't help you. It's not "negative". It's reality. We're not getting top 10 football recruits.

CHJ is literally the #1 WR and a top 10 recruit, not to mention the top football recruits get substantially more. I'm sorry you can't handle reality. We had no shot at CHJ and it's highly unlikely we get JJ.

The committee has no integrity, for many reasons, but mainly:
They dropped Ohio State for losing
They dropped BYU for losing
They didn't drop Alabama for losing, because it would have screwed up who they wanted to be in
