today, i officially put an end to my daily thread writing journey. for one full year, i wrote threads consistently. honestly… it still feels a bit unreal. this whole journey started because of a post from @DUKETHAGREAT.. he said if you want to build a brand in web3 and increase your chances of getting jobs, you should challenge yourself to write threads consistently for 60 days about projects under a particular blockchain. this was the post that started everything for me: x.com/i/status/18757… when i first saw it, i won’t lie… i was scared. 60 days of writing consistently is not a small thing. but i decided to take the step anyway. i told my designer, @tobi_designedit, that we should try it together.. a 60 days writing and designing challenge. the funny thing is… he didn’t even hesitate. he just said, “no problem, let’s go.” so we started. day after day, we kept posting threads. but when the 60 days finished, we didn’t see the results we were hoping for - no project dms. i spoke to Duke about how it was going. his response was: take it to 100 days. so we continued. during that time, we started writing about different projects across different blockchains. we also started joining a few thread contests while still writing consistently. here was my 100th day: x.com/i/status/19356… before we even completed the 100 days, Duke said something that made me laugh. he said i should turn it into a one year thread writing journey, and that i could become the first person to do it on CT. i laughed because it sounded funny. like… after surviving 100 stressful days, you’re now telling me to add another 265 days? 😅 but later on, i thought about it seriously.. and i decided to do it. i told my designer about it and he was shocked at first but after talking about it, we agreed to push harder. and from March 10, 2025 to March 10, 2026… we actually did it with God’s help. 😇 - this was where the journey started: x.com/i/status/18990… - and this was where it ended: x.com/i/status/20314… i won’t lie. this journey wasn’t easy at all. through busy schedules and real life activities, we still stayed committed to the goal. this one year of thread writing required real sacrifice. we wrote threads for many projects across different blockchains. some projects acknowledged the work, some didn’t… but we kept going. we joined different thread contests, won some, lost some… and thankfully made a good amount from some of them too. along the way, i wrote a lot of educational threads. whether you’re a beginner or already in web3, my page is almost like a youtube channel, but in thread form 😅 if you go through my page, you’ll see many complex topics about web3, blockchain, and crypto that i’ve broken down in a very simple way. honestly, my page can teach you a lot of what you need to understand web3 and crypto. during this journey, i also got the opportunity to work with some web3 projects. but above everything, i’m truly grateful to GOD ALMIGHTY. without his grace, none of this would have been possible. i also want to say a big thank you to my designer @tobi_designedit.. without him, many of these threads and visuals wouldn’t even exist.. bro’s indeed goated! 🐐 and of course, thanks to @DUKETHAGREAT.. if not for that one him, i might never have started this thread/writing journey.. bro is a real mvp. one year of writing threads has finally come to an end. and this experience has taught me a lesson that: anything you want to achieve in life is possible if you take action and stay consistent. but above all, everything is possible by the GRACE OF GOD. i also want to thank everyone who engaged with my threads, liked, reposted, or supported my content in any way. i appreciate you all more than you know. we’ll definitely do greater things together. the journey in web3 continues...
