A lot of people are calling $MSTR a Ponzi scheme lately. Let's clear this up with facts. A Ponzi scheme requires new investor money to pay earlier investors with no real underlying asset. $MSTR is the opposite. They hold 818,869 Bitcoin on their balance sheet. The largest corporate Bitcoin treasury on earth. They keep buying more every single week. Their Bitcoin per share keeps increasing over time. They use equity and debt markets to amplify ownership of the scarcest asset ever created. Yes they reported a $14.5 billion operating loss in Q1. That is a non cash accounting entry because Bitcoin pulled back. The Bitcoin is still there. Every single coin. This is not a Ponzi. This is the most aggressive leveraged bet on Bitcoin's long term success ever made by a publicly traded company. The more they scream "Ponzi" the more I'm considering adding to my position right now. Am I wrong for seeing this as smart asymmetric leverage instead of a scam?

Bitcoin is deeply out of favour right now. The tourists have left and the wider investing community has moved on. It barely gets a mention these days. Despite this, Saylor has accumulated 4% of the entire supply. Only the true believers remain. Whatever happens from here, whether this goes to $0 or $1 million, it will be written about for generations. I'm betting big on Bitcoin going to $1 million.

This is insane. Strategy has acquired 24,869 Bitcoin for $2.01 billion. Nearly $1.95 billion of that raised through $STRC alone. Add the $1.5 billion convertible note repurchase and that is more than $3.5 billion of capital raising in a single week. The machine is operating at a scale that has no precedent.
