2024 is his best. He took a mid QB who lost his starting job to an underclassmen and in one season turned him into a draft pick. Lost 2 reg season games and appeared completely despondent post Michigan game. Then went on one of the greatest 4 game stretches of all time to win the NC

@Metaleka_ I expect a slight decline in the defense compared to last year. But last years D was historically good so some decline there isn’t going to be that meaningful. I expect the offense to be more explosive. 11-1 or 10-2 is on the table

@CP_Buckeye I think the biggest factor is that schedule. There is little room for error.

Ohio State: -Has the most difficult schedule in CFB. -Lost their OC for Arthur Smith (Not a negative) -Lost Tate to the draft. -Losing eight starters on defense. -Retaining their already questionable line from 2025. They aren't in a better position than 2025.

@CP_Buckeye @DylanEveryday No one is perfect but he did help y'all win a natty. I say move on and let it go. With our offense we just need an ok defense. Our defense was 91 last year his was like 35th at Penn State that will work. You give heupel a top 35 defense we are in the playoffs.
