On March 8, we recognize International Women’s Day. This year and every year, CVT stands with the thousands of women around the world who are survivors of torture. In 2025, 72% of the clients we saw in our clinics outside the U.S. were women. After massive cuts to our U.S. funding, thousands more survivors are without care today. And with more than 117 million people forcibly displaced globally, care for survivors, and for all the women and girls among them, is needed more than ever. #IWD
