@waitrose yet again when using a phone to self scan our shopping we have been charged for multiple items when only 1 was purchased. This happened on soup today and have been over charged by £4.24, when will this issue be fixed?

@waitrose your carpark of your Menai Bridge store is awful as you're starting to set up for the refurb. More than one third is taken over by the area for the works and yet your vans are still parked as normal also a cherry picker and toilets. Impossible to park. A waste of time.

You cancelled my charge card when I tried to use it, no explanation, no reply to email. Why would I put up with such a cr*p service that takes your money and doesn't allow you to use it.

Delivered today. What a con meat is very expensive and choose wisely the pic of rump steak looked great value but what I got was huge amounts of fat. Can't see this till unpacked and too late to return
