🚨🚨And here it is, Sidney Katherine Powell VINDICATED on all accounts by the Texas Court of Appeals. After three fucken years of litigation, in a 24-page ruling by the Texas Court of Appeals, the court rules Texas Bar miserably failed to prove Sidney Powell acted in “dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation” in the four lawsuits she filed against the overthrow of the United States government on Nov 3, 2020. The court even caught the Bar lying, A: “By its own admission, the Bar misidentified or failed to include multiple exhibits it claims to have relied on in its Second Amended Response,” B: “The deficiencies go far beyond mislabeling exhibits.” C: “The Bar not only failed to cite to or argue about any additional documents — the documents are not mentioned at all.” D: “You have to be a damn fool, and abjectly stupid not to see what happened here.” The opinion added. In other words, for the first time in the history of the Republic, attorneys have been prosecuted, ruined, and disbarred—including Rudy Giuliani and, most recently, John Eastman—for simply defending their client, a candidate for the presidency of the United States, no less. Why? So that Democrat operatives could claim that the overthrow of the United States government on November 3, 2020 was —the “most secure election in history”. That’s why! Every single justice of the California Supreme Court ought to be impeached, prosecuted, and disbarred for fraud and conspiracy.

Larry Ellison just asked the one question no journalist on Earth can answer. A Wall Street Journal writer told Ellison to his face that Elon Musk doesn’t know what he’s doing. Ellison didn’t argue. Didn’t get emotional. He just asked a question. Ellison: “This guy is landing rockets on robot drone rafts in the ocean, and you’re saying he doesn’t know what he’s doing. You ever land a rocket?” One question. No recovery. Ellison: “Who are you? Why should I believe you as opposed to my friend Elon?” This is the question the entire media class has been dodging for a decade. Who are you to judge? What have you built? What have you shipped? What problem have you solved that didn’t involve a keyboard and a deadline? Ellison: “You’re there in front of your Apple Macintosh typing up an article saying Elon’s an idiot.” They sit behind a laptop they did not engineer. Using a network they did not build. Running on silicon they cannot explain. To tell the world that the man sending humans to space doesn’t know what he’s doing. They have never built anything heavier than a Word document. And they publish it with absolute certainty. That’s the part that should disturb you. Not the criticism. The confidence behind it. The total absence of self-awareness it takes to judge disciplines you wouldn’t last a single semester in. Musk does not operate in opinion. He operates in the physical layer of the universe where the math closes or the rocket does not come home. His critics operate in a text editor. He built the vehicle that carries NASA astronauts to the International Space Station. The satellite constellation delivering internet to active war zones. The EV that forced every automaker on Earth to abandon their combustion roadmap. His loudest critics built a byline. So why the coordinated hatred? Because they lost the leash. The attacks didn’t escalate because Musk got worse at engineering. They escalated because he bought X. He cracked open the algorithm. He handed the public square back to the people. And he shattered their ability to control what you’re allowed to think. They don’t hate the engineer. They hate that the engineer took their monopoly. You cannot cancel a rocket. You cannot publish a hit piece on gravity. You cannot edit the laws of physics. They own the syntax. He owns the physics. One of them is going to Mars.

🚨 BOMBSHELL: The First American Pope Once Marched With Italian Communists Against Reagan’s Missiles — And the Photo Proves It 1983, Comiso, Sicily — the epicenter of NATO’s Double-Track Decision. A freshly ordained American Augustinian, Fr. Robert Francis Prevost, marches arm-in-arm with fellow priests in a demonstration organized by the Italian Communist Party (PCI). Their target? Ronald Reagan’s Ground-Launched Cruise Missiles — the West’s calibrated answer to Soviet SS-20 nuclear blackmail aimed at the heart of Europe. That same priest is now Pope Leo XIV, the first American pontiff. While St. John Paul II — forged in the furnace of Polish resistance — waged spiritual war on the ‘Evil Empire,’ his future successor lent his cassock to the PCI’s red march. Gramsci’s ‘long march through the institutions’ reached all the way to the Throne of Peter? One photograph. An eternal disturbance. The white smoke rises… but the red flags still whisper. Contemplate this in silence, Church. Many of my X followers are not seeing posts like this one. Oh, look at this walking, talking betrayal in a white cassock: Pope Leo XIV, a.k.a. Robert Francis Prevost — the globalist’s hand-picked Midwest accountant cosplaying as the Vicar of Christ. Congrats, Bobby. You crawled out of Chicago, spent your life as an Augustinian missionary in Peru pretending to care about the poor, and somehow landed the big chair by promising the Davos crowd you’d keep the rainbow-flag interfaith grift alive. First American pope? More like the first pope who treats the Vatican like a UN diversity seminar with better real estate. You didn’t get elected by the Holy Spirit; you got installed by the same people who think “tolerance” means letting everyone pray except the people who built the damn place. And then you actually did it. You carved out a Muslim prayer room inside the Vatican Apostolic Library. A carpet, some qibla stickers, and boom — the home of every single manuscript that preserved Western civilization now has a designated corner for the ummah to bow toward Mecca. On papal turf. While Christians are getting slaughtered in half the countries these scholars come from. That’s not “dialogue,” you spineless wonder. That’s surrender with extra incense. That’s turning the throne of St. Peter into a participation trophy for every ideology that wants Christianity dead. Your church spent half a million on a solid-gold Fisherman’s Ring so people can kiss your glorified class ring, but you’re perfectly fine letting strangers roll out prayer rugs five feet from the archives that survived Attila the Hun. Priceless, indeed. The Church spent centuries fighting off Islamic conquest at Lepanto and Vienna, and you just handed them a quiet room and a polite “no shoes, please.” Bold move for a guy whose entire brand is “humble servant.” Humble enough to let Islam set up shop, apparently. Not humble enough to ditch the $3,000 silk stole and the red mozzetta cape, though — gotta look fabulous while you sell out. You’re not a pope. You’re a corporate consultant in religious drag. A globalist hall monitor who thinks the greatest threat to humanity isn’t the erosion of the faith that built the West — it’s mean tweets and Latin Mass attendees. Keep clutching your pearls and your interfaith talking points while the actual faithful watch their ancestral Church get turned into a theme park for every religion except the one that actually owns it. Robert Prevost, you didn’t just fail upward. You turned the Chair of Peter into a participation award for the people who want it empty. And history’s going to remember you exactly as you are: the fake pope who gave Islam a prayer rug and Christianity the middle finger. 🖕

Dear @realDonaldTrump and @PeteHegseth, I have a confession. I used to believe that our WWII heroes were our “Greatest Generation.” And I believe that’s still true. But, … But, what our military is accomplishing, right now, in the Persian Gulf, across all our services, is truly magnificent and worthy of our utmost praise and respect. The teamwork, the precision, the drive to survive from a downed airman, the integrity, the overwhelming power is historically unparalleled. This military man’s heart is full and my appreciation for the many and various ways our military excels leaves me with immense professional martial pride. We have a generation currently serving under tremendous domestic political pressures, none of which they deserve or precipitated. They survived 4 years of indifference and ridiculous social interference and meddling, and they persevered. They survived to become the world’s greatest and most morally-grounded military force since our Creation. Thank you from America and America’s Vets. Respectfully, Buzz Patterson Lt Col, USAF (Retired)

Further expanding on this, once you see what the confirmation process was like, you’ll understand how I absolutely know @TheAtlantic piece is BS: First, an average day running Kash’s confirmation process: We’d have our first meeting usually around 730am to prepare for the day. He never missed. First meeting in the Senate around 9am. Would have back-to-back until around 6pm. Head back to debrief often until late maybe 8-10ish many days. Then, I’d get to work preparing briefing materials for the next day and send to Kash in the early hours of the morning. He would then study them until the day started. And, somehow he still found time to hit the gym before our meetings. Insane discipline. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner together everyday for months. We were on such a tight schedule that I knew when he went to bed and got up. You would think if any of the allegations in the hit piece are true, I would have seen it? The stakes were high and the margin for error was 0. One missed meeting or one briefing not studied, and the whole project would have failed. Here’s the key point: anonymous sources, many who have never met him or maybe briefed him once or twice, don’t know anything about him. You would think @TheAtlantic might have asked a guy who spent every waking minute with the FBI director if any of this rang true? Second, I have seen every piece of dirt that the opposition could dig up to throw at Kash. I had to know any liabilities in order to ensure no surprises. I saw what former coworkers said about him. I saw all of the cases he worked on as a lawyer. If he had a traffic violation or an overdue library book, I saw it. I also worked with his lawyers to ensure we covered every bit of his financial disclosures. There’s not a speck of dirt on this man. That’s why they had to make up stories about drinking too much? lol. I also talked to many of his former coworkers to ask for details on his previous work. EVERY SINGLE ONE spoke highly of his unmatched work ethic and fidelity to mission. Some of these were even elite US military special operators who are kinda known for their hard work and fidelity, and they praised these qualities in Kash. Again, you’d think @TheAtlantic would ask someone with this much background whether any of this checks out. I would have spoken on the record. But, they went with anonymous disgruntled sources who were reporting on rumors.

Hey @S_Fitzpatrick I was Kash Patel’s Sherpa on the transition. I spent nearly all day everyday with him for 3+ months and have been with him frequently since. I have never seen the type of behavior that you’re describing from him. Your anon sourced story is BS. Oh and by the way, it was no pressure campaign that got Kash confirmed. He did his homework, studied every brief I wrote him (and I wrote them all personally). If I sent him material at say 2am, he would respond with questions by 3am. He was always available and never hard to reach. Ultimately, he addressed any concerns senators had. He studied the law enforcement issues in each of their states and came prepared with plans, ideas, and questions for addressing the unique law enforcement needs of each state. THAT is who Kash Patel is and it’s why the FBI has been so effective in the last year. I’ve never once seen him over drink. Not once. You are spinning that narrative because you know POTUS doesn’t view that favorably, even admitted as much in your story. And I’m not hard to find. Pretty obvious why you didn’t reach out to me for comment.

Many thanks to President Trump for bringing common sense action to the issue of psychedelics. Too many of my friends I deployed with have come home with invisible wounds and when seeking help, are given bags of prescription drugs by the VA to try to numb the pain, only to make things worse.  Friends of mine like Medal of Honor recipient @dakotameyer have shared how receiving treatment with psychedelics have been nothing short of life changing and lifesaving.   President Trump took historic action today by signing a deeply impactful Executive Order that will open the doors to advance psychedelics research and treatment for our veterans and all Americans battling addiction and post traumatic stress. Stanford studies of this kind of treatment show an 88% drop in PTSD symptoms, 87% in depression & 81% in anxiety—one month later, veterans went from moderate disability to none. This action is long overdue and could save countless lives.
