@kurt13warner Carnivore diet. Eat meat, eggs, salt, water. Preferably ribeye, tbone, porterhouse. It will eliminate whatever is causing the inflammation and you can slowly reintroduce other foods. It works just do it. The more strict and disciplined you are, the better the results will be.
