@MrCooper beware of getting rocket mortgage! I pay my mortgage/escrow every month and THEY didn’t pay my insurance. My insurance lapsed (no one from Rocket told me) and now I have to jump through hoops to get it back! I’ve owned homes over 30 years and NEVER had this problem.
