Good morning Cowboys and Cowgirls! Thank you to all the people praying for my niece. She went into surgery two hours ago they’re removing the top of her skull to remove the tumor. She became paralyzed on her right side last night . Three days ago healthy ,today fighting to live

I got a call my niece was at the hospital with a severe headache. They called back she has a large brain tumor and they’re doing emergency surgery tomorrow . It doesn’t sound good they will know more tomorrow if she survives the surgery. Her name is Lou Ann please pray for her

It is such a beautiful day! Blue clear sky with a couple of puffy little clouds sprinkled here and there. Very mild temperatures for Texas this time of year. Just perfect and a day Grace and I would have probably started by sitting outside the apartment listening to the birds sing while sipping our coffee- hers would have had some cinnamon and definitely frothed whole milk. Which, according to Grace, would make that a Café au lait. Latter we might have gone to Sephora before our nail appointment then most definitely dropped by Paris Baguette for some sweets to take home. I did all that today without her but definitely having her front and center on my mind. Then this picture popped up in my photo memories - don’t know how that works because it’s not a memory from today’s date…? The nail manager was taking a picture of my nails for her social media and airdropped it to my phone (learned something new) and then it just popped up. Me and Grace from almost a year before she passed. Same location - maybe that’s why. Our smart phones seem to know everything…?!! While that may be a serious problem, right now I’m just grateful for the sweet memories of Grace. I miss her!! But it’s because of her I have made so many amazing X friends. I have meet friends also who are local to Texas. Many of which I know I will stay in contact with. Friends are important. (Especially like minded ones!) I also met a ride or die friend because of Grace. She’s not been on X in a while so she most likely won’t see this and she doesn’t share her real name so I won’t either… but she was there for Grace in the end, and she was, and still is, there for me! I have so much more to say, but I’m sitting in the parking lot of a busy town square area and I can’t see to type through my tears, and I think someone wants my parking spot. Miss you Grace.

Can I ask a small favor from the community? My youngest daughter(23) currently lives with me. Since the All-Stars have taken off she has been very concerned because I really haven’t left the couch other than to take care of household items and then go for a walk with my dog and once to install a boiler for a friend of mine She is semi awake through osmosis but she really doesn’t understand.
