I am still waiting for the chapter where Peter converted to Catholicism. The Bible recorded Saul becoming Paul, yet somehow forgot to record Peter going from Jewish apostle to Roman pope.

That is not the flex you think it is. Catholic in Ignatius meant universal, not Roman Catholic with a pope, purgatory, indulgences, Mary worship, confession booths, rosaries, and Vatican power. The first believers were called Christians, not Roman Catholics. Show me one verse where Peter, Paul, John, or Jesus called the church Roman Catholic.
