INDIANA ILLEGALS STRIKE AGAIN It’s none other than @RepJimBaird and @RepMessmer aiding and abetting the Illegals to grant legal status to undocumented legal status to undocumented agricultural laborers. Oh yes, both men are co-sponsoring HB 9535, filed on June 30, 2026. This would include a free ride to the meat processing workers at the Tyson Plant in Logansport, which made headlines recently as a huge draw for Haitian immigrant workers with temporary protected status. Recall, when Messmer was an Indiana house representative, he sponsored legislation to permit “driving cards” to illegals. His lobbying sponsor, @AIPAC continues to provide significant financial support in excess of $4 million in campaign contributions to align with his Israel 🇮🇱 supporters. Indiana voters continue to be duped by fake America First RINOS that align themselves with illegals over Hoosiers. HR9535 H.R. 9535, officially titled the Securing Agriculture's Workforce Act of 2026, is a bipartisan bill introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives on June 30, 2026, by Rep. Glenn Thompson (R-PA-15), Chairman of the House Agriculture Committee. congress.gov It primarily aims to modernize and streamline the H-2A temporary agricultural worker visa program (nonimmigrant visas for foreign workers in agriculture when U.S. workers are unavailable). The bill addresses labor shortages in farming, dairy, livestock, and other year-round agricultural operations. Key Provisions The bill makes several changes to the H-2A program under the Immigration and Nationality Act: Expands eligibility beyond seasonal work: Removes the strict “seasonal” requirement and allows “temporary” work (contracts generally under 350 days). This helps year-round operations like dairy farms. Streamlines the process: Faster labor certifications (within 30 days if requirements are met), certifications valid for up to 3 years, an online single-point platform for applications, joint employer filings, worker transfers between employers, and staggered entry/exit dates. Employer and worker protections/flexibility: Updated housing standards and longer-valid inspections, heat illness prevention plans, force majeure provisions for disasters, and clearer rules on wages (including Adverse Effect Wage Rate based on surveys to protect U.S. workers). Agency roles: Shifts some administration (e.g., petitions) more toward the Department of Homeland Security for efficiency. Other: Requires a GAO review on housing and enforcement; effective one year after enactment (with possible interim rules). Supporters (including major agricultural groups like the American Farm Bureau Federation, dairy coalitions, and Western Growers) argue it provides farmers with a reliable legal workforce, reduces bureaucracy and costs, prevents harvest disruptions, and strengthens U.S. food security without broadly changing immigration policy. simpson.house.gov The “Amnesty” Controversy Critics, particularly conservative voices and some immigration enforcement advocates, have labeled parts of the bill an “amnesty” measure. This refers to a specific, narrow provision in Section 2 (amending INA Section 218(h)(7)):It creates a limited waiver of certain grounds of inadmissibility and deportability (related to unlawful entry, presence, document issues, etc.) for aliens seeking H-2A status. Eligible individuals must meet one of these: Have voluntarily departed the U.S., or Were unlawfully present in the U.S. on May 31, 2026, and performed agricultural labor or services for at least 5.75 hours on each of at least 180 days during the 2-year period ending on the date of enactment. The waiver applies only to conduct related to obtaining agricultural employment (not broader crimes or pursuit of public benefits). It allows these workers to apply for and receive H-2A temporary status if otherwise eligible, with employer record protections during the transition. simpson.house.gov Important limitations: This is not a path to citizenship, permanent residency (green card), or broad legalization. It is a one-time transition mechanism tied to a specific cutoff date and strict work history requirement (roughly significant part-time or full-time equivalent farm work over two years). It does not apply to all unauthorized immigrants—only those meeting the narrow agricultural work threshold. Employers providing qualifying records gain liability protections for prior unauthorized employment in this context. Critics argue it rewards illegal presence and work, undermines enforcement, and could pressure wages or displace American workers. Some have called for primaries against cosponsors. x.com Supporters describe it as a practical, targeted fix to retain experienced workers during the shift to a modernized legal H-2A system, avoiding sudden farm labor shortages or mass disruptions.Current Status (as of July 2026)Introduced June 30, 2026. Referred to the House Committee on the Judiciary. Approximately 51 cosponsors (mostly Republicans, with a small number of Democrats). Early stage with a low estimated chance of enactment (around 3% per tracking sites). No further major actions reported. The bill is not a standalone comprehensive amnesty or immigration reform package. Its core focus is targeted H-2A modernization with one narrow transition provision for long-term farm workers. For the official full text, see Congress.gov (H.R. 9535, 119th Congress). An Indiana University adjunct law professor made a cake mocking the death of a human being and delivered it to his grieving sister. If I were this woman’s employer, I’d fire her every day and twice on Sunday. Sue all you want you’re not working here

This is a classroom at Perry Meridian High School in Indiana. Pride flags. BLM. "No human is illegal." Left-wing political slogans plastered across the walls. Would this district allow a teacher to display pro-life, pro-police, and pro-Trump messages? Public schools should educate children not use taxpayer-funded classrooms for political indoctrination
AG Todd Rokita@AGToddRokita

Parents have a right to know exactly what’s being taught — and displayed — in their child’s classroom. This Perry Meridian High School classroom prominently features multiple examples of woke ideology on its walls. To promote full transparency in how our schools educate our children, we’ve added these images to our Eyes on Education portal so Hoosiers can see for themselves. in.gov/attorneygenera…

Unbelievable — An illegal screen is set on Caitlin Clark by Jonquel Jones, and there’s no whistle. She completely laid her out with her shoulder! Then they give Caitlin Clark a tech because Stephanie White just sits there. She will not fight for her best player.

Republicans… are you okay with FLOCK cameras tracking every trip to the gun store or shooting range—then flagging you as a potential threat? What about peacefully protesting outside an abortion clinic and landing on a domestic terror list? This surveillance state doesn’t care about your party. It’s coming for your 2A and 1A rights. Time to push back.

Per my local police department, Flock charges approximately $3000/year per camera. So American taxpayers are spending $349,671,000 per year to be constantly monitored. Most Americans are unaware this is happening. @therealDeFlock

Chilling documents reveal that an FBI agent bragged about "running a shadow government" to keep key intelligence off the desk of @POTUS ahead of the 2020 election. That is the definition of the Deep State. This should be deeply troubling to both sides of the aisle.

This just shows how fake Kerry Forrestal is. During a conversation with Khan Do Kwan creator Javad Khan, Forrestal was asked about the recent increase in violent crime and gun violence in Marion County. Forrestal blamed part of the problem on Indiana’s constitutional carry law, arguing it went too far. He said law enforcement lost a tool they once had to question people openly carrying firearms and called for more accountability when it comes to people providing guns to criminals. Forrestal also questioned why anyone would oppose waiting for a background check before someone gets a gun. Maybe someone should ask his buddy @RyanMearsIndy how many plea deals have been handed out in illegal gun possession cases. Also, you’d think a former U.S. Marshal and current Senate candidate would know background checks are already required for purchases from federally licensed firearm dealers. Forrestal also said one of his priorities at the Statehouse would be passing a law to prohibit ICE from serving non-criminal immigration warrants inside schools, arguing schools should be a “safe zone” for kids. He also took aim at Senator Cyndi Carrasco’s homeless camping bill, calling it “crazy” and arguing taxpayer money would be better spent on housing solutions instead of jail costs.

There are no meaningful ways to "patch" the voting machines. They are designed to be exploited. If these are the talking points coming from John Solomon and intelligence officials, they are participating in creating a limited hangout. Incorrectly defining the problem, and providing a "solution" to it, will only perpetuate use of the slavemaster's primary weapon -- proprietary black boxes that cannot be audited. The voting machines, e-pollbooks, and rigged software need to be eliminated.

If Universities in Indiana do not think their own graduates are worthy of employing, then they should be destroyed and their grounds and facilities turned into something more useful, like cow pastures or landfills.

🚨 Wow. Taxpayer-funded Purdue University Northwest disclosed it's hiring a foreigner on a H-1B visa as an Assistant Director for its marketing team. Does anyone believe no Americans in the Chicago area are qualified for this administrative job? The H-1B program is a total scam
