This man has his American Bully dog at a park. The dog was sitting in a sit/stay training excercise. He’s had extensive training. He did have a leash on but his owner obviously didn’t have the leash in his hand, part of his continued training. As the owner walks back to him, a gentleman comes up and asks him to please put him on a leash and to hold the leash because there is a lot of distractions at the park. The owner replies “that is part of training.” The owner said “If I thought there was even a small chance he would harm a kid or react the wrong way, I wouldn't put him in that position. This isn't luck. This is hours and hours of real world training, consistency, and building him up around distractions the right way….. Breeds like American Bullies and similar dogs get judged before people even see them work, but this is what they're really about with the right leadership. Loyal, stable, and solid companions.” Some people said the gentleman who approached the owner was putting his own insecurities on a very well mannered dog. He had instant judgement. Others at the park complimented the owner on how well behaved his dog was. What a good boy that dog was. ❤️ Would you be upset if you were at the park with your child and saw this dog sitting there with his owner about 50 yards away? Do you think the owner was irresponsible? Do you think the gentleman had a right to be concerned and a right to remind the owner that there was a lot going on?

Despite a Texas law prohibiting COVID shot mandates, I am still writing exemptions for students who must have the shot in order to do rotations at hospitals. I will write a free exemption for any student in this situation. Sadly, hospitals are above the law in Texas.

"Living in Dallas is the worst." I moved my business here 12 years ago: My kids are in a 10/10 school district. I live on 3 acres with no HOA and I'm only 30 mins from downtown Dallas and 35 mins from DFW airport. I'm within 45 minutes of a 6 different pro sports teams. Every band and touring musical travels here. Countless amazing restaurants. My property has appreciated by over $1m in a decade I'm buying more land 30 mins away in the path of growth for only $12k/acre I can fly direct to Dubai, Bozeman, basically anywhere. No state income taxes. The more you make, the more you save. Strong Christian/LDS family values. Tons of Indians (awesome people BTW). Cheap contractors. VERY pro business. Pretty freaking hot weather but ice cold A/C. :) Youth sports culture is kinda out of control. Property taxes will murder you NGL. Don't like it? Don't move here. I've lived in Houston, too and boy let me tell you...We've got it good here.

Now that her trial has ended, the Preferred Plan costs $10 per month, $120 per year, for full features including remote engine start and stop I researched and believe she’s mistaken. The physical push-to-start button inside the car is free. It’s the remote engine start feature via the MyMazda app you just pay for Still not acceptable. We need to ban making you pay for features in your own car
