Tax on petrol should be higher in cities by a couple of pence a litre. There's less need to drive a car in places with good public transport, and if you do frequently travel to more rural areas you can just buy the petrol there instead.

Question. If a driver constantly, by which I mean every single day, parks all day in a cycle lane, would you consider that to be anti social behaviour and a detriment to the quality of life to the local community?
