BREAKING from @Jerusalem_Post: A Palestinian man from Gaza has formally demanded that the International Criminal Court investigate 14 Hamas leaders for crimes committed against Palestinians. The man lost his wife, children, and other family members during the war in Gaza. He argues that if Hamas had not committed war crimes against Palestinians, particularly the crime of using civilians as human shields, his family and countless other Gazans would still be alive. War crimes and crimes against humanity listed in the submission include using civilians as human shields, attacking civilians, causing great suffering, destruction of property, excessive incidental death, injury, or damage, conscripting children, murder, extermination, torture, persecution, and more. The Hamas leaders named in the submission are Izz al-Din al-Haddad, Khaled Mashaal, Mahmoud al-Zahar, Mohammed Odeh, Muhannad Rajab, Khalil al-Hayya, Mousa Abu Marzook, Ghazi Hamad, Izzat al-Rishq, Fathi Hamad, Nizar Awadallah, Husam Badran, Zaher Jabarin, and Basem Naim. For decades, innocent Palestinians have paid the price for Hamas's genocidal war against Israel. They deserve justice. The submission was filed on behalf of the Gazan man by American attorneys @ElliotMalin and Eli Rosenbaum and French attorney @sarah_scialom.

We have filed, on behalf of our Palestinian client, a demand for warrants for the leadership of Hamas at the @IntlCrimCourt for the crimes committed by the terrorist government of Gaza against the Palestinian people. @KarimKhanQC and the Office of the Prosecutor cannot say that they truly care about justice if they continue to ignore the blatant crimes committed against the Palestinian people by Hamas. These crimes include numerous crimes against humanity and war crimes committed by Hamas against the Palestinian people. Notably including the war crime of utilizing the presence of civilians or other protected persons as human shields. There has never been a demonstration that the Palestinian's are willing and able to investigate Hamas for these crimes. Hamas' purposeful conduct in Gaza has greatly exacerbated the harm against Palestinian civilians. The unnecessary suffering of the Palestinian people must be accounted for and the ICC cannot claim to care about justice if it remains silent on these crimes. Thankful to the work of my colleagues, Eli Rosenbaum, and @sarah_scialom, and our brave client who came forward to tell their story.

First Gazan to file a case against Hamas at the ICC demanding that 14 Hamas leaders be investigated for crimes committed against the Palestinian people and other war crimes. The Gazan who filed the case lost his wife, children, and home during the Gaza war. All war criminals must be held accountable.

He met the captain at the ship and handed over the money to ensure the ship could sail. This was a clandestine operation and it took courage on Dad's part. But supporting the newly forming State of Israel was a cause Sinatra supported throughout his life. Teddy and Frank maintained a connection, with Sinatra later visiting Israel for events like the 1964 dedication of the Frank Sinatra International Youth Center in Nazareth.

FOX NEWS INVESTIGATION: 425 organizations with a combined $1 billion in annual revenues coordinate 736 anti-Israel 'Nakba 78' protests across 39 countries today — a transnational network that includes communist groups, Marxist-funded nonprofits and coalitions linked to Chinese Communist Party sympathizers. The campaign's own materials don't call for a ceasefire or two-state solution. They call for the dismantling of Israel itself, framing the U.S. as a 'fascist, imperialist, genocidal settler state' and erasing Israel's name entirely from their literature. The U.S. leads all nations with 187 events planned.

Something deeply disturbing happened to me this morning. I received a notification that someone edited by Wikipedia. What did they change? They changed the word “Terrorist” describing the person who stabbed my brother in the neck and murdered him while he was shopping for his family to “Palestinian”. He made other changes to but that was the sickest of all. A terrorist murders a father of four for absolutely no reason whatsoever and this “editor” removes the word terrorist? Insane. The thing is, my Wikipedia gets vandalized so often that the founders had to lock it down so only very serious editors can change it. Whoever this person is, they are a serious Wikipedia editor, which makes it even more worrisome. What else is he changing? The truth is, whenever you search Wikipedia for any Israeli town and city, you will see how it is referred to as Palestinian land. I mean literally anywhere in Israel. As an example; if you go to the Tel Aviv Wikipedia page, want to take a guess how many times the word Palestinian appears on the page? 31! I know there’s a lot of talk about how Wikipedia has become anti Israel but not sure people know the extent of it. But this morning’s edit removing the word terrorist from the man who killed my brother was different level vile. The world after Western dominance won’t be neutral. It will belong to someone else. The “multipolar world” is being sold as the end of Western hypocrisy and the solution to the failures of the current order. But power never disappears, it shifts. And an unstable multipolar world will eventually produce a new dominant civilisation, with its own values imposed on everyone else. The real question is: are those values better than ours? I don't think so.

Another massive, over-the-top party in Gaza - insane scale, endless food and luxury… men only. The mainstream media is literally making fools of us.

I find it insane that people proudly declare, "I support Israel's right to exist," as though existence itself is a privilege that must be debated or granted. Do you ever hear anyone say they support France's right to exist? Japan's? America's? Any other nation on Earth? No. Because no country besides @Israel is forced to justify its existence to the world. When politicians make this statement, people applaud them like they just made some brave moral statement. They didn't.
