Nobody on the right stood up to Tucker when he spewed lie after lie about Ukraine-Russia His false narratives warped MAGA’s understanding and attitudes about foreign policy Then he leveraged that to split the movement on Israel Everything he’s done has been about dividing and demoralizing the GOP…and stabbing Trump in the back. But everything we’re seeing today started 3-4 years ago

Hitler is as far removed from our modern lives as Genghis Khan or Alexander the Great, or Attila the Hun. If I said any of them were cool you wouldn't blink. The histrionics around Hitler are programmed into you by media but young people are over that.
Trantor@Trantor__

Do you think he's Nick is joking when he said he likes Hitler? I watched when he and Kanye went on Alex Jones show and Nick was in the background nodding in agreement and approval when Kanye was praising Hitler. I know Nick is not joking and this kind of stuff is toxic to right wing politics and to Christianity since it's these people who are loudly claiming to be Christians. Do not excuse this filth.

.@POTUS is 100% correct. We KNOW Democrats will nuke the filibuster as soon as they’re able to solidify their grip on power. We should act first in order to pass laws that benefit the AMERICAN people.

I think it's idiotic to overreact to a couple of elections in blue states, but a few thoughts: 1) Scot Pressler, TPUSA, and a bunch of others have been working hard to register voters. I said it in 2022, and I've said it repeatedly since: our coalition is "lower propensity" and that means we have to do better at turning out voters than we have in the past. 2) We need to focus on the home front. The president has done a lot that has already paid off in lower interest rates and lower inflation, but we inherited a disaster from Joe Biden and Rome wasn't built in a day. We're going to keep on working to make a decent life affordable in this country, and that's the metric by which we'll ultimately be judged in 2026 and beyond. 3) The infighting is stupid. I care about my fellow citizens--particularly young Americans--being able to afford a decent life, I care about immigration and our sovereignty, and I care about establishing peace overseas so our resources can be focused at home. If you care about those things too, let's work together.

call me old fashioned- but it seems like in order to "be a nazi" you have to at least be a national socialist. Making jokes about nazis, saying the nazis were based, saying you like hitler, and other forms of edgelording sure does make you controversial, but it doesn't actually make you a nazi. And everyone that makes this attack on Fuentes doesn't realize that most of gen Z doesn't care if you call him a nazi. Address his substantive arguments. This attack vector just makes you look out of touch and highlights how little you understand people 25 and under. Nick Fuentes is the biggest personality on the internet today. He is more popular among young people than Ben Shapiro and all his Israel first buddies combined by a looooong shot. He's literally more popular than Joe Rogan among young people. By cancelling him off major platforms for a decade- the establishment has failed to realize what they did until it was too late. Nick just platformed Tucker, he platformed Dave Smith, he platformed Alex Jones. If @joerogan had him on it would immediately be one of Joe's biggest episodes in history. If Ben Shapiro were to debate him it would be the biggest political debate in our lifetimes. You can lose your minds over it, you can attack me for pointing it out, dogpile onto the kind hearted @imbrettcooper over her take on it, condemn it all you want. @NickJFuentes grows more and more popular every day because his opposition keeps recycling this same tactic over and over rather than addressing his arguments head on in open debate. Ben Shapiro has run away from debating Nick for 10 years now and instead the best he can muster is a sizzle reel of a bunch of Nick's funniest edge lord clips(most from years and years ago). This only further highlighting that Ben and his Israel first allies don't understand young people in America today. I'm not saying it's good, not saying it's bad. It is what it is. Figure out how to communicate with the next generation of Americans or continue your long slow slide into irrelevance. Your choice.
Michael J. Hout@michaeljhout

I get where @imbrettcooper is coming from, but how can you look at Fuentes’ statements and call him anything other than a Nazi? He praises Hitler, denies the Holocaust, calls for the murder of “perfidious Jews.” I don’t want violence against him or anyone, but a spade’s a spade.

Tucker Carlson responded to his critics earlier this week, and I recommend you listen. There is nothing honest about the attacks on Tucker at all. If for some reason you think there is, I especially urge you to listen. We laugh at people who speak of a "trans genocide," a phenomenon that exists entirely in their imaginations, but Tucker insists that people like Ben Shapiro genuinely believe that a Fourth Reich is about to arise. This is as delusional as anything the left pretends is happening, and naturally Tucker's critics argue like the left: their opponents are all said to be motivated by "hate," they're all "anti-Semites" (so instead of arguing the merits they throw around a magic word, the way the left uses "racism"), and they need to be banished from polite society. Three days ago it was Pat Buchanan's birthday. Some of us on X wished him a happy birthday. Then we received a stern rebuke from (ex-?) leftist James Lindsay: "I'm not the kind of guy who makes a list, but today is going to be a very convenient day for people who make lists. Very many of them are going to reveal themselves even more clearly with this virtue signal." So you are now not allowed to wish a happy birthday to Pat Buchanan -- who served in the White Houses of Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, and Ronald Reagan, was a bestselling author, a syndicated columnist and television staple for decades, and who received several million votes for president of the United States. I'd say that's a lot for Lindsay, who spent his life a leftist, to demand of a movement he hasn't been a member of all that long, wouldn't you? The hate that motivates the neocons -- violence is central to their ideology, Tucker argues in the interview -- is all over the way they speak; blood-curdling comments from people like Rep. Randy Fine and Brandon Tatum make that clear enough. Can you imagine writing, as a deranged Shapiro did: "Ron Paul is manifestly insane. As in previous debates, he is now gripping the pen as he would the neck of a Joo." Shapiro's followers (I have never met one, but they exist) are explaining away that and other deranged comments on the grounds that they were made 11 years ago, but as another forbidden person, Darryl Cooper, points out, Shapiro was 27 and a father at the time -- and when was the last time Shapiro graciously said, "Oh, that remark I am hysterically interpreting as anti-Semitic was made 11 years ago, after all!" (Tatum, incidentally, has tried arguing that the U.S./Israel relationship is good for the U.S. because the aid money is spent on American corporations. So his economic theory is the equivalent of a power strip that plugs into itself. Here's another borrowing from the left, because this also happens to be AOC's understanding of how the economy works: we take money from the taxpayer, give it to other people, and this makes us wealthy.) People like Lindsey Graham, Mark Levin, and Ted Cruz are genuinely panicked that what was once their ironclad grip on the narrative is slipping away. This was not supposed to happen. They were supposed to continue acting as they do, and the rest of us were supposed to sit back and take it. But it was bound to happen. No genuine American patriot can be expected to keep looking away when AIPAC smears countrymen of his whose crime is preferring not to send so much money to a foreign government. Or when partisans of that foreign government call him an "anti-Semite" because of his legitimately held foreign-policy views (yet another page out of the leftist playbook: Barry Goldwater was supposed to be a "racist" for his opposition to the 1964 Civil Rights Act, even though he had perfectly good reasons for doing so, which he repeatedly explained). Likewise, no American patriot can continue to see photographs of dozens of his own congressmen spending time in a foreign country when his own is in such disarray, and at designated moments repeating exactly the same messages, word for word, on their social media about their sentiments regarding that country. It is not normal for Senator Ted Cruz to write on X one July 4, "Happy Independence Day. Today is also the anniversary of the daring Entebbe raid," and then spend the rest of the post -- a post about the indepdence day of his own country, mind you -- discussing a foreign country. This is not normal. Not a soul in Israel or in any other country would tolerate nonsense like this, and it was unreasonable to expect American patriots to do so in perpetuity. That's not even to mention the foreign policy side. I'm talking only about the way Israel's partisans have conducted themselves in the United States. Had they been a smidge more reasonable and less narcissistic, the status quo might just have hobbled along a little bit longer.

YAF
YAF@yaf·
YAF works with and fights on behalf of conservative students across the country who face obstacles from campus leftists every day. We work with students to spread America’s founding ideals, including the belief that all people are created equal and endowed by our creator with certain unalienable rights. We have not and will not give a platform to those who believe some people are less than equal due to their race or sex — nor do we give a platform to those who seek to propagate vile antisemitism or holocaust denial. Supporting and vigorously defending free speech — something YAF has done countless times from the Supreme Court to the court of public opinion for more than six decades — does not mean endorsing or platforming every viewpoint, especially those that contradict core conservative values. The times may change but conservative values do not. Neither will YAF.

If you’re interested in “punching right” right now, or “purifying” the Right, or gatekeeping public discourse on the Right, then you are not only a moron, but a traitor and a saboteur – likely intentionally. It’s been 54 days — not even TWO MONTHS — since Charlie Kirk was MURDERED, and much of the mainstream Right, and its sinecured public speakers, have spent almost that ENTIRE time fighting with other Right Wingers, demanding submission, trying to cancel people and kick them out of the Right, and openly undermining trust and cooperation between people with differing viewpoints. If it isn’t intentional, it may as well be – and it almost certainly is. The aged-out “moderate” faction of the GOP knows that they’ll lose their cushy sinecures and speaking gigs if the Right actually WINS, rather than making small bits of progress here and there. Not only was the Right given an unprecedented public mandate for our general agenda, but the left knows that they lost fair and square, so they have resorted to violence, to civil unrest, to rioting – and we watched one of the most horrific political murders America has seen yet, play out, and then be celebrated by the ENTIRE left; not just the “extremists,” but the “moderates.” Not only do we still have the public on our side after the vile display of the left in the wake of Charlie Kirk’s death, but we have an unprecedented public mandate from the election, AND we have the ACTUAL NUMBERS to USE that mandate. And you’re interested in stopping, dead in the water, and debating who should be allowed to speak, IF we actually use that mandate? No – you’re interested in justifying your own existence as some kind of underdog public speaker. These people aren’t even “unserious” – their goals are just opposite yours. They are ENEMIES. If you have any power, this part is for you, and is by far the most important: I understand why Vance, or Trump, or anyone else, may be interested in disavowing specific parties; whether it be for insults to your families, disloyalty or perceived disloyalty, the bad PR you get from the association, or anything else – but it’s beyond not worth it; at this point, ANY disavowal is giving the left what they want. Do you know what your response should be when you’re asked to disavow, or you’re asked whether you “support,” or are “comfortable with” certain groups or individuals? Your response is: “I’m not really interested in discussing that, Margaret. I’m interested in discussing the radical things that the left has done to this country. What you’re trying to do is guilt by association, but right now, Americans need to stick together and defeat the left.” If they press you, your response is: “Listen, I know what you’re trying to do Margaret, but that’s not why I’m here today. Part of what makes America so great is our shared right to free speech, so we can all hash out these issues some other time. But that’s can’t happen in a political environment where the left can kill a great young guy like Charlie for his free speech, and then we see millions of Americans supporting that.” Don’t give an inch. No condemnations. No disavowals. No insults. Nothing. Not an inch.

We have a very short window of time where we control congress and the White House and have the power to push our agenda forward. We’re going to waste this window fighting with each other. We’re going to squander everything. I’m furious, honestly.
