In the Herald Sun newspaper in Australia 🇦🇺 today. “Ms Gillard has come under criticism following the recent Federal Court ruling. In 2013, under her government, the definition of “woman" was removed from the Sex Discrimination Act, which has been blamed for the recent ruling.”

Hey ABC he murdered 2 WOMEN not “sex workers.” The judges don’t know the motive. I can tell them: misogyny. He killed women because he thinks we’re expendable. He hates us. abc.net.au/news/2026-05-2…

These are the legal powers of the @EHRC. Since the court said that the law was always clear they could have used them all along to make sure the rights of women were respected. They can now. But they are totally unfit for purpose.

The local transvestite came in to my work today, with his too short skirt and wig that looks like a dead cat. I asked him if he needed any help, rang up his purchase and wished him a pleasant afternoon. The sky didn’t cave in and no-one died. The trope that “trans people are under attack” in their everyday lives because women like me want our sex based rights back is absolute rubbish. @Mon4Kooyong

Got this on repeat. Finally, we have a politician laying this out with the passion and clarity it deserves!

Great plain speaking from @SenSHenderson here. Anna Cody must be challenged about her failures to look after the people her job was put in place to protect. Cody needs to be pressed every time she’s before a committee about the erasure of women’s rights

I'm producing a sequel to 'Ladies First', called 'Trans Ladies First' which will take place in a reality where Trans women are in change of literally everything, and nothing can be done without their permission. For the purposes of realism it will be set in the BBC News Room.

This gay man openly uses a slur to refer to women’s rights activists which is highly associated with calls for and actual violence against women If the word was substituted for ‘trans’, he’d be calling for a riot. But it’s HIS side wanting to kill women so, no need for alarm.

All the Australian TERFs are coming out of the woodwork, now that the #MAGA #ChristianNationalist anti-transgender legislative model has been brought to Australia, in part by the Australian Christian Lobby. The hate-filled Atlas Network is doing its work to destroy as many minorities and women’s rights as they can. Transgender women are not the issue in women’s bathrooms. It is a pity that people such as Bev don’t put as much effort as they do with their anti-transgender work into working on domestic violence against women. #Auspol2026 #TransgenderHumanRights

Remember the phrase 'No Means No'? What happened to that? It originated so that we could tell men that no is sufficient on its own. That they didn't need to understand, we don't need to explain, they can't cajole us ('just the tip') and they couldn't bully us in to doing what they wanted. 'No' no longer means no for women - for many its an open invitation to call us names, drag us through courts and openly vilify us. Its symbolic of a lack of respect for women and a subsequent disregard for our boundaries, which is often perpetrated by those in positions of authority. It is the grooming of women to feel as if we can't speak up.

Pay attention. What you're seeing here is @AHRC boss @HughdeKretser engaging in word games around the definition of "female/woman". He's attempting to expand "female" - biological sex - to include men using circular reasoning. Pay attention, as the AHRC is already flagging how they intend to get around any definition of men and women in law. They will just argue the basis of biological sex with you. Let me explain...1/4
Sall Grover@salltweets

If you have to add that the definition of “woman” includes men who claim to be women, it means they’re not included in the actual definition and therefore not women. Which is our entire point.

They dont and that includes not adopring the language of the oppressor class. Cis is the language of men who want to dehumanise female people by reducing them to a subtype of their own category of people. Men who want to reduce women to body parts so that they can objectify, define, and purchase sex stereotypes to mystify the public into believing you can change sex when actually you can't. Cis is a term that arises from misogyny. People who use this language have generally been indoctrinated into believing what is essentially a faith-based patriarchal cult that is favouring mens needs over females.

Most “Terfs” are left wing feminists (it’s in the name 🤡) if you think shaming us as “right wing” and “Nazis” is still going to work in 2026 you are an idiot. We are going to get our basic human rights back whether you like it or not. Everyone one knows men are not women. It’s not a “maga” or Christian position. It’s reality.

And here is what you get in response to writing to your local Federal MP (who happens to be the Prime Minster, @AlboMP) about the need to amend the Sex Discrimination Act. 🙄

“Pre op privates”. It’s like the Victorian era where we couldn’t say the word because of religious offence. Say the words, “man”, “dick”. These are good things, just not to be in women’s public spaces.

Reem Alsalem UNSR Violence Against Women and Girls
"While the three boys’ sentences may be reviewed by the Court of Appeal for being unduly lenient, what scrutiny is applied to the judge? Judges wield immense power, yet there is little accountability when they cause harm. The complaints system run by the Judicial Complaints Information Office (which ironically sits in the same building as judges) is opaque, allegations of misogyny are rarely upheld, and the training judges receive on violence against women and girls is not transparent". ✍️by @DrProudman
Proudmans@proudmanslaw

Founder and in-house counsel at Proudmans, @DrProudman, wrote in The Independent that “himpathy” is one of the reasons the justice system is failing women and girls who have been raped. Read the piece here: independent.co.uk/voices/rapists…
