Fitting, but sad ending to Keir Starmer’s time as PM. Found him to always be a profoundly decent man, with far stronger views than many give him credit for. But starting to hear at least some positive things about his successor Andy Burnham. Not least that some on the hard left are already accusing him of betrayal.
