Any idea why been waiting over 80 mins after landing for bags on 1045 Heathrow-Edinburgh @British_Airways? No bags for over hour & only handful now. Menzies say ‘operational reasons’ but other airlines land later here? Please advise & confirm you’ll refund extra parking. Thanks

@FPL_Prophet @British_Airways They seem to be holding onto this 15th march waiver date while most others have moved it to the 22nd. I am due to fly back via Doha on the 19th and they won't change my flights under waiver. I expected way more of BA in a situation like this.

Currently stuck in Thailand due to a cancelled flight and @British_Airways are only offering flights back via Abu Dhabi! You're asking me to fly into a warzone to get home!

@SimonCalder I also see twitter is loaded with scammers trying to capitalise on this issue. Doubt twitter admin will do anything to block these accounts which are sure to catch some out.

@British_Airways when are you going to review your waiver period for gulf flights. Qatar are covering up to the 22nd of March and you are still on the 15th. My flight is a Qatar code share booked with you.
