For example, the NFL doesn’t pay for stadium security at a Cowboys game, the “Cowboys” do. The NFL does however take a % of Cowboys ticket sales, much like FIFA here

@RobertFreundLaw @cpsiv Irresponsible? Yes. Insane? Not in today’s legal world. I’ve seen it many times. Pointed it out at trial last week. Judge ordered opposing counsel to remove the cites and instructed he couldn’t rely on them (obviously). No further admonishment.

I had a conversation with a client who was frustrated his weight was plateauing. I asked him if anything had changed. We found out he's walking less steps, snacking, and had a binge eating episode the night before. Most times the weight isn't plateauing, it's the behaviors.
