Areas with Taliban supporters receive multiple rounds of aid, while the majority of anti-Taliban constituencies get little to none. The Taliban continue to spend Afghanistan’s $3B+ annual national revenue from taxation and the illegal sales of extractive industries on their terrorists, who wake up daily celebrating that they defeated America and who remain pledged to the same enemy that attacked on 9/11. Why do you feel obligated to pay for the civilian sector for the Taliban with US taxpayer money? Even US flags are banned from aid packages. The Taliban district commanders distribute aid in the name of Mullah Haibatullah, not in the name of the generosity of the U.S. Senate. I urge you to reconsider your position, sir, @SenPeterWelch. I am a fan. You do great work! Have you watched any of @RealCandaceO podcasts leading up to this? I think it would cause you to reconsider some of your positions about her. Her Anytime, Anywhere statement was really just enthusiasm about finally getting some answers from TPUSA. They need to answer some legitimate questions and explain some people's actions. Tim Pool is right about Candace Owens. She is not helping the country and she is damaging the right. Her behavior is helping democrats. She just postured in front of millions. She responded to Turning Point announcing their event to address her claims by saying, “you can pick the place, you can pick the time.” Her exact words. But the moment they actually PICKED a place and a time, suddenly it “doesn’t work for her.” That shows you she didn’t actually mean it. It was performative confidence. It was her trying to look a certain way to the public.
