Women have to stop underselling themselves. Was helping someone with her resume today. She was quietly underplaying almost everything she’s done. Thankfully, since I know her well, I could fill in the gaps. But left to herself, she would’ve walked in looking half as capable as she actually is. I don’t fully get this instinct to shrink. If you’ve done the work, why not just say it out loud?

You do it once and you feel no place on earth you can't handle.

No. I regret of not buying early. If i can go back in time… i would have bought in my 20s even 1bhk but i will. Buy in your 20s if you can. Your later years will thank you. Home loan will push you more to hustle.
