Tourism access would mean incorporating massage into a package that a spa or something could provide. Or some form of Physio for healthcare retreat tourism package.

It would combine injury prevention measures paid for by MCP, with injury treatment needs covered by the provinces injury fund, and access to those services for tourism purposes.

It would help with prevention of injuries when access to these are not linked to a cost for the person who needs it. It would reduce healthcare cost.
