The Islamic Institute of America mosque opened early to celebrate Eid.
When completed, the mosque is expected to be the largest one in the United States.
"Officials say the new facility will serve not only as a place of worship, but also as a hub for education, youth programs, and community events moving forward," TCD News reported.
