@AmiriKing As someone who watched the stream live this is how I remember it all going down. Chud wasnt provoking the guy and trying to rage bait him for clips. Clear cut self defense. The assailant was trying to hurt chud badly. Pulling gun was warranted.

CHUD LIVESTREAM EYEWITNESS ACCOUNT: - ‘Tell me exactly what happened.’ So it all started when Chud went to the courthouse on official business. People say he was there for a civil matter, I don't really know what it was for but it makes sense considering he was well dressed in a suit. He's just taking a stroll talking about his upcoming interview with Harrison smith from infowars saying how it's good to just take a stroll before giving an interview etc. he notices a black couple pointing at him and he walks past them and asks if they're having a good day and if they like his suit. Really just trying to have a conversation with them because they initiated by pointing so he's curious to know what's up. After he asks how they're doing, the guy responds with "get out of here" or something to that effect and Chud says "I'm free to be where I want to be" Black dude says something else and Chud simply walks away. As Chud walks away, the black guy tells him he has PTSD and that he won't put with him calling him a n!gger or say that chimp out stuff to him. Chud then says "or what? You gonna start chimping out?" Chud is still recording but walking away. That's when you can see the black guy stand up from about maybe 50 or 60 ft away from Chud idk exactly how many feet but it was quite a significant distance and he begins to advance towards Chud. Chud stops walking and the black catches up to Chud and they're in each others faces. Literally inches apart. The black guys tells Chud "Call me a nigger" "Mace me. Mace me" trying to provoke Chud and when he gets no response from Chud, he punches Chud in the head. The camera is then knocked to the ground. Seconds later, you can hear 4 or 5 gunshots pop off. Then you can hear people running towards them and Chud saying "get him off of me" The rest of the audio you can find online if you look around. But that's what I saw happen live on stream. - ‘Did Chud use any racial slurs?’ Nope. Never used a single racial slur whatsoever. - ‘So how important do you think the livestream footage is?’ Yeah I'm sure they are trying to subpoena that. As they should. If they can get their hands on that footage, it will basically exonerate Chud.

Breaking: Arrest Warrant claims that during the verbal altercation, it was Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder, that reached for his firearm BEFORE the physical altercation ensued! This, in my opinion, suggests that Joshua Fox, the shooting victim, went after Dalton to try to keep from being shot, not that he attacked and Dalton shot in self-defense. Hence why the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office charged Dalton with the felonies instead of clearing him of self-defense.

THREE THINGS that very clearly demonstrate Dalton’s “Chud the Builder” self defense claims and why I think he’ll be found not guilty on the basis of self defense. A lot of people think this was another one of Dalton’s streams where he poses the “do you believe in free speech” gotcha question and then drops the N bomb on an unsuspecting minority. This is not at all the case, and it’s important in the context of his claim of self defense and whether or not Dalton PROVOKED the altercation. The first point is that Joshua Fox initiated contact. The story, as we know it so far, is that as Dalton was leaving the courthouse Joshua Fox recognized Dalton and starting pointing, laughing, and calling out to him. Joshua knew who Dalton was, recognized him in public, and made the initial move to invoke some sort of interaction between the two by taunting Dalton from across the street. Dalton then walked over to Joshua and, while we do not know the context of that conversation for certain, allegedly, Dalton only attempted to make small talk before Joshua told him to get on and to go away. This the second point - Dalton walked away. Dalton left Joshua, crossed the street back to the courthouse. At this point, the interaction was over and finished. However, Joshua Fox followed Dalton across the street and directly approached him. Then according to Dalton’s testimony, Joshua threatened Dalton by saying something to the effect of “I am a combat veteran. You’re not going to be saying all that “chimpin out” shit around me.” This is a clear verbal threat of physical harm. Dalton then says to Joshua, “Oh so you ARE chimping out?”. This is when Joshua punches Dalton in the face, knocks him onto the ground, and continues to strike Dalton. Dalton, 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥, fired shots, striking Joshua in the stomach and shoulder and sending another round into his own arm. The last shot further demonstrates the compromised position that Joshua had Dalton in and will undoubtedly be used as justification for Daltons fear of serious bodily harm or death. This was not “Joshua threw one punch and Dalton shot three times”. Dalton was sucker punched in the face and Joshua continued to assault him after being knocked down. This is exactly what George Zimmerman was acquitted for as continuing to be struck while on the ground meets the threshold for any reasonable person to believe that serious bodily harm was probable or that their life was in danger. This is when the video of the altercation begins, after the shots were fired, and Dalton wrestles a wounded Joshua over and down onto the ground. Cops break them up immediately after. This is when Dalton begins his stream on pump.fun. So, just to be explicitly clear: Dalton was not streaming, trying to provoke people to farm engagement. Dalton was simply walking out of the courthouse and was recognized by someone that had it out for him. Dalton WALKED AWAY. Joshua Fox FOLLOWED AFTER HIM. Joshua Fox assaults Dalton and continues to strike him after Dalton had fallen onto the ground. This is clear and decisive self defense. If it’s found to be not, it will just be another all too common blight on our Justice system.

@ChefJamby @fudreaper_ I doubt it was streamed. There would be recorded clips everywhere. I think he only turned the stream on after the altercation when talking with the police.

@ec1ipse_sol @fudreaper_ I hope Pump eventually releases it or if Chud is able to eventually release it. Sadly I don't believe anyone who was watching was recording as the stream had just started and everything went down so quickly.

@TheBrancaShow I've heard the man attacked Chud while coming out of a courthouse. It's possible there was no provocation at all, just a vendetta. Where are the police testimonies and statements? why haven't those been made public?

I have information from 1 of multiple people that witnessed the incident with Chud. I will be dropping that (likely tonight) that will PROVE Chud didn’t provoke the incident in any way, shape, or form. He was roughly 100 yards away when he was targeted and assaulted. Stay tuned.

Got in chuds face, chud asked him to back away 2 or 3 times before the guy started punching him with intent to do serious harm. Chud drops phone breaks camera. Hear wrestling and shots ring out.
