It appears Chud the Builder was engaged by the assailant based on his knowledge of Chud's past videos. He did, in fact, act in self-defense. I never heard of this dude until this happened but I think it's an open and shut self-defense case

I’ve seen a lot of comments under local news articles saying that the mother should have pulled her child out a long time ago. Please understand that this is a single mom working two jobs. Her daughter is special needs, and it is nearly impossible for her to stop working, since she has to work to take care of her daughter and make sure her needs are met. We don’t have to live like this. 👇 Northside ISD, San Antonio, Texas - A San Antonio mother says her 13-year-old autistic daughter was brutally beaten by multiple students at Sul Ross Middle School in Northside ISD after months of reported bullying - and according to sources I interviewed, school administrators left the injured girl begging for help while staff focused on obtaining a written statement instead of immediate medical treatment. I have obtained documents, medical records, emails, photographs, interview transcripts, and screenshots related to the case. After reviewing the material, a disturbing picture emerges of what Maddison McDonald experienced before, during, and after the February 26, 2026 attack. According to the family, 7th grader Maddison McDonald had repeatedly reported bullying and threats to school staff for months leading up to the assault. I obtained emails showing school staff discussing counseling resources for Maddison weeks before the attack due to emotional distress and bullying concerns. Additional records I reviewed show Maddison had documented autism and ADHD diagnoses - diagnoses the family says the school is now attempting to claim were never provided! Despite the documented concerns, the family says nothing meaningful was done to stop the escalating harassment. According to a source I interviewed for over an hour regarding the incident, Maddison had submitted multiple written reports about bullying to administrators during the school year. The source even alleges one administrator ripped up several of those reports in front of Maddison and accused her of “causing drama.” Then on February 26, the situation escalated into violence.

In Texas the minimum wage is $7.25 per hour, but for tipped employees like servers it is $2.13 per hour. In Most cases Restaurants do a tip pool so the tips are distributed between servers, supervisors, managers, busser, etc. Services Charge fixes this so the employees gets the full $7.25 minimum wage with a bonus (as mentioned in picture). If you have never worked at a restaurant or bar, then I would revise learning about how it works before being a keyboard warrior, just saying.

Everything feels like a scam now. Restaurants adding mandatory service charges that “aren’t the tip,” stores asking you to round up for "charity" at checkout, iPads asking for 25% tips on takeout orders… people are getting exhausted by the constant nickel-and-diming

Karmelo Anthony's bond was initially set at 1 million dollars. But he was a good student with no criminal history, and the other party was the aggressor, even if his use of force was disproportionate. Eatherly, while out on bond, antagonized an unarmed man to shoot him.
